HORRIBLE ! We booked a bungalow but got a smaller room instead. We were ok with it untill we saw a dirty stain on the bed and dirty underwear on the floor!! When we went to the reception we were accused of putting it there ourselves instead of an apology! Followed by getting shouted at. (We were friendly and respectfull at all times). Unacceptable. We left to another hotel and still didn't receive our refund.

Nice hotel in good location. We stayed for 4 nights in a budget room and it was clean and basic. Nice pool area and good wifi! Staff are friendly (except the grumpy guy in reception - cheer up buddy). Would stay again 👍

Stayed there during the full moon party nice enough room not great for the price but it did have a really nice pool. Anyway the owner is an awful woman we came to her on the first day asking for pool towels to which she just told us to go away and that they’re in our rooms. Then when we went to check out we she told us there were missing towels to which we never got and had informed her of on the first day. She kept the deposit and demanded a ridiculous amount of money for a small towel. We told her we wouldn’t pay her husband and another member of staff got extremely aggressive with us until we eventually paid. The girls that checked out before us were also heavily fined for an unknown reason but they too seemed upset at the charges. This was my only issue and bad run experience in a fantastic country but have to say I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here due to how hostile the owners are.

I find it special that the reviews are sometimes still high. The hotel is a faded glory and that is how the staff treats it, including the guests. It is fine for a night before the full moon party, nice within walking distance and still reasonably quiet. We had a house by the sea, it looked nice at first glance. But there are cracks and holes everywhere, the bathroom is open and there is no air conditioning, so it is warm. We did not have any cleaning, clean towels or new toilet paper a single day (3 night stay). There are no cushions on the chairs at the pool, not for a meter.

So they have two different sides of the hotel. One surrounding the pool which seems nice and the other across the road. The size of the step is equal to two. Ensure you’re not drunk while climbing them. Rooms are super congested. Washroom had cockroach in it and the room had bugs. The only good part is the location. It’s walking distance from the Rin beach which is super convenient for the full moon party.

One of the worst hotels ever! Don't be fooled by the beautiful pool. The rest is atrocious! The behavior towards the visitors is incredibly reprehensible... the women laugh at you and don't clean the rooms. Garbage is not picked up and if you put it outside the door they don't take it! I wouldn't come back just because of the racist behavior.The hotel grounds are beautiful no question.But the appearance is not just part of a nice vacation.

I would have gave the hotel 5 stars if the employees were nice to us and not so miserable all the time. Also the bathroom didn’t had any ventilation and the aircon couldn’t stay on, so the room was always boiling when we came in. But it was a good location to stay for the fullmoon party, only a 5/10 min walk from the beach

Resort owner Providing very good service and advice, including praise for Nong Ii, who took me to the room and guided everything, paying attention to service to customers, including other employees. Overall, very good, 10 out of 10, give a million %. Yes, I promise I'll come back and stay again. Just reserve room 11A.

We checked in early in the morning upon arrival👍You have to choose a room, the locations are different. With a view of the sea, room P15 and next to it a simply magnificent view of the sunset in April is definitely guaranteed 👌It would be great to have at least a minimal partition between the houses; panoramic windows lose their essence if neighbors have to close their curtains on the balcony. And it would be nice to have a better filter for the pool. But overall just a great place👍

A shocking hotel at the most disgusting levels you'll ever have. They don't help you with your luggage. The whole way to your room is disgusting with disgusting animals. If you don't ask and demand, then they don't come to clean the rooms at all. They charged us for towels that didn't bring us shame at all.I thought about giving a star at all and they don't deserve that either

Rating would have been higher except we were charged 500 baht upon checkout for a missing pool towel. I had left it unattended for less than two hours by the pool the day before and when I returned it was gone. I just assumed a staff member had taken it so didn't think much of it.Receptionist insisted that staff members are instructed to not remove towels but I don't see any other explanation. If I was being cynical I'd say they make an effort to do so in order to keep guests deposits.Other than this, I must say we enjoyed our 3 night stay - the pool and location are the highlights. Room was nice, AC could have been stronger and there was a slight smell from the shower water. There is an uneven walkway & steps so not suitable for anyone with any mobility issues.

Rooms r clean. Pool is clean.All the rest is unmaintained walking to anywhere between rooms or pool is hazardous the wooden floors r all broken or missing same with other pavements. There is a bar at the pool that maybe open maybe not and there is no service near the pool. U have to carry your towel from your room and take it back when it's wet to your room. There r sun beds near the pool they r old and one broke with me on it luckily I didnt get hurt. If u want mattress for the bed u need to carry it yourself.All and all rooms r good pool is clean there is no service and the place is very low maintenance. I would stay again for less the half the price.

The rin beac hotel is right near the port. It is easily accessible, everything is nearby. There is a seven leven in the immediate vicinity, but also small restaurants and the had rin beach. The bungalows were built directly on the sea. I really enjoyed the sound of the sea and the sunsets I could watch from the balcony. I was happy in this hotel. If I book Koh Pang again, I will choose this hotel.

The staff are terribly rude.The pool has no one to care for it.The photos are not like the reality.Worst stay in Thailand for me, I moved out the first day and am glad I didn’t spend any more time there.

I don't get the bad reviews. The room was clean, beds were quite comfy for Thai standards, pool was nice and clean with plenty of beds and cushions. Room had water and toilet paper. Nice view on the beach. The only downside was the staff. Especially the woman behind the reception who obviously hates her job. Not very customer friendly but overall we had an amazing stay.

Disgusting management, they don’t care what you booked, they’ll put you wherever they want. The boss toad is sitting on the reception desk. The rest of the staff is good.
