The environment is really comfortable. If you book a hotel a week in advance, there is an airport pick-up service from 9 am to 9 pm. You need to make a reservation one day in advance. The room is very tidy and the service staff is very friendly.

It is a nice resort with very good rooms. Beds are good and the room is spacious. There is a big swimmingpool which needs some cleaning. The garden needs much more attention: with the proper care it can become an oases. Breakfast is rather limmited.

If you are not traveling by car, e-hailing drivers and Apps will charge nearly double the fee (when traveling from the ancient city or the airport, grab will usually charge around 370 baht directly, while other app drivers will ask you directly for 400-500 baht)In addition, in terms of room configuration, the lighting in the room is insufficient and the room will be dark at night. There is no exhaust fan in the toilet and bathroom, and there will be a musty smell (most rooms are on the ground, so it is impossible to open the windows for a long time). The biggest problem is the air conditioner. The operator should It has not been checked and cleaned for a long time. On the first night, I found that the air conditioner made abnormal noises and sprayed out ice cubes. You can only turn off the refrigeration function. Fortunately, Chiang Mai is relatively cold at night and early in the morning, so it is still bearable. Please ask the operator to check and repair as soon as possible.
