Excellent location, really nice hotel, clean rooms and good service.Rooms:We got to the room everything was very clean. We took the room facing the sea (worth every shekel! Don't give up)Good air conditioner, hot water, there is a bed and a sitting area at the entrance to the room.I would add a small gate at the entrance to the rooms and curtains outside (to prevent mosquito bites).Service:From the moment we entered the hotel we received 10/10 service, attentive and helpful staff in everything we needed. The hotel's prices really reflect what the hotel offers in every respect. The hotel has an attached restaurant (where you eat breakfast), I will detail the restaurant later. In addition, you can send clothes for washing, order attractions, massages, etc.Pool:The pool is divided into two levels, on the upper level the pool was not clean but the lower pool was very clean. In addition, you can order food and drinks to the pool (while we were there, there were almost no waiters, but when we managed to find them, the food and drinks arrived quickly).restaurant:Relatively good breakfast, a wide variety of foods such as: eggs, fruit, yogurt, pancakes and more.At breakfast you get coffee (regular) and tea, if you want espresso or special coffee you have to pay for it. The price for espresso is relatively expensive compared to other places, I would expect it to be included in breakfast.Besides that, the food is fine, expensive compared to the rest of the island.I would expect the food to be of a much higher standard so that the price justifies the portions you get. Constructive criticism!Message:The massage is located near the beach of the hotel, you have to pre-arrange the time and the type of massage in front of the reception. The payment for the massage is very good and there is a 30 percent discount on the displayed prices.beach:The beach is very convenient for entering the water and sitting. There are about 10 reclining chairs (preferably more), we were not in the busy season and all the chairs were occupied so we had a bit of a seating problem. There are kayaks that can be used (must buy comfortable paddles) and games for children.Location:The hotel is located in a quiet area of the island, but relatively in the center. We used taxis (about 400 baht each way from anywhere on the island) it took about 10 minutes to drive from anywhere. There are many very good restaurants!!!! Near the hotel (can be seen in my profile. In summary:Excellent hotel, highly recommend.

The view was sensational. Very beautiful, quiet and romantic (sea view),good service. The breakfast was okay. Not so good for vegetarians. The room was not technically up to date, but what do you expect from a bungalow. You could hear the ships but not so much that you were woken up by them. There were a few animals in the room ... but that's just how it is. We Loved it! It takes about 10 minutes to walk into town

Very nice hotel complex right on the beach. The bungalows are wonderfully embedded in the jungle landscape. There are always animals to observe. We have a family bungalow, which consists of 2 bungalows with a shared terrace. The sea view is magnificent. The breakfast is ok, the employees here are all very friendly. The only drawback are the ships that dock at the nearby harbor. Unfortunately, these can be heard at 6 a.m. in the morning. Since the view from our room is so fantastic, we still wanted to stay at the front of the sea. Clean beach and interesting for snorkeling.Large, beautiful pool because we often had it to ourselves.Freshly prepared eggs for breakfast would be nice.

Great resort with its own beach and large pool area. The private beach is surrounded by greenery, there are some free loungers and you can snorkel very well on the stones. The breakfast buffet is relatively rich and there are also things other than Thai food. You sit on a beautiful terrace by the sea.If you walk a little further along the beach you will reach some bars after 100m and shortly afterwards you will be in the town center with some restaurants. The two pools are large and there are enough shaded areas. They are at different heights and are connected by a kind of water staircase. At the upper pool, however, you should be careful about the huge rocks in the water. The surface is very rough and you don't necessarily want to get stuck there...The whole complex is quite large and there are some mountains - depending on where your bungalow is located, you can walk to the beach/restaurant in about 6-7 minutes.

Sensi is the resort to be! Beautiful houses with large comfortable beds (with mosquito net) and large veranda. The location is also excellent, beautiful on the beach with beds and bean bags. Also within walking distance of Mae Haad where all the shops, restaurants etc. are; If you are somewhere else on the island, you have to take a relatively expensive taxi (or rent a scooter). Sensi's service is excellent, as is the swimming pool. Breakfast is fine with beautiful views and you can also enjoy dinner, but a short walk to the restaurants is also recommended. Some are located a bit further along the bay, so a taxi is more convenient. It is not cheap, but excellent value for money.

It was the most expensive location of our Thailand trip, so expectations were high (especially since we had already had some very nice accommodations). The location is very beautiful in a tropical garden where several houses also have a view of the bay. This view is very beautiful but has a downside: the bay is also the main port of the island, so boats sail back and forth. This starts at 6:00 am, which also involves some honking. The resort is also located in the hyper-touristy part of the town, booking offices, souvenir shops, cheap bars and restaurants and weed shops overwhelm each other. Walk for half an hour and you will arrive in the nice part of the town with relaxed beach bars and restaurants. We had a family cottage where the theme is dated and Spartan. Very hard mattresses on a wooden surface. We have also had better sanitary facilities for less money. The room where the children stayed was, if possible, even worse. A bed was placed in a corner and the coffee/tea facilities were outside. We only used the restaurant for breakfast and this was very touristy, everything in buffet form, prepared and no free choice. An espresso or cappuccino is immediately an additional charge. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. In short, in my opinion a dated and overpriced resort.

We were told that we can check out late at 3pm. On the checkout day, at 12:40pm we were told we have to be out of the room within 20 minutes or we will be charged extra. We were at the opposite side of the island and just sat down for lunch, making it impossible to be there in 20 minutes. Upon explaining this, the receptionist was incredibly rude and told us to be there or be charged, then hung up the phone. They ruined our last day on Koh Tao. They also assigned us to the wrong room at check in, sent our luggage to a different room, and had dated rooms and a pretty bad breakfast.
