The location is Excellent. The Breakfast is horrible. The rooms are average, but the bed isn't the most comfortable. The air conditioner was horrible, they had to fix mine at midnight, I tried calling them earlier yet no one answered so I had to resort to calling the hotel from my mobile phone. The staff are nice but regardless if you have a do not disturb sign up or not they will knock on your door like there is no tomorrow. The hotel wasn't cheap which is why all the mentioned points were disappointing but at least the location was really good as mentioned.

Amazing hotel - great location!, private beach (this is unusual for the area), lovely pool and scrumptious dining options. Family of four - had two rooms for one week. The rooms are beautiful with glass partitions on the bathroom - ok for us but our daughters were not thrilled. We loved relaxing on the balcony each night. The hotel helped to arrange our visit to Pig Island (with snorkeling) and a visit to the Ang Thong National Marine Park. Go to the fire show on the beach!!! Get a massage daily. And relax. Also loved how the hotel is extremely environmentally conscientious.

Amazing views and location! Good service, polite and friendly. Breakfast was good and really nice staff. Hotel direct access to the beach. Really close to bars,market and restaurants. Good value to stay here. And we will be back to stay here again as we can.

The Hansar Resort in Bo Phut was a true dream vacation for me. The rooms were modern and very clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I particularly liked the infinity pool with a view of the sea. The location of the resort is perfect, right on the beach and close to numerous restaurants and shops. In my opinion the price-performance ratio is very good. I can recommend the Hansar Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday."

Hotel is fantastic but the location is pretty average compared to other spots on Samui.If you enjoy the beach and ocean swimming, then don’t come to Bo Phut. The beach is comprised of course pebbles, the water is filthy (visibility 30 cm) and the sea bottom is comprised of black sludge. I’m pretty sure this is likely due to septic tank discharges along the beach. Hence, the reason no one was swimming at the beach 😆.If you want to experience beautiful and clean beaches then seriously consider staying at Chaweng or Lamai. I also think the nightlife is more vibrant and interesting at these places than Bo Phut.

We've been on Samui for a few weeks, traveling from resort to hotel to resort. The Hansar has ended up being our favorite so far. Boutique hotel, yes. Good, but not intrusive, service, yes. Great design, yes. Close to street life, yes. Value, yes. Thanks Hansar, we will see you again!

Great hotel. We had a BBQ on the beach there. Staff is very friendly and happy to help you. The room with a sea view and bath in the middle of the room is very spacious and we liked it!

The hotel is in the fishing village in a perfect location at the beginning of the boardwalkThe pool is perfect and the breakfast restaurant is perfect in front of the seaOmelettes to order from the waiter, which contributes to the relaxed atmosphere at breakfastAlas, and this is a very big but in the rooms there is a very strong smell of mold, the smell of a shelterWe took two rooms, one for us and one for the children and both were really smelly, when I said this in the lobby they said we could move to one room the next day and a second room after two daysBut we couldn't sleep and went down to ask for a change of rooms at 11:00 PM because we couldn't fall asleep from the strong smell. The first night was rough, although ours was changed to a room on the third floor and it was also smellyThe next day I called his pressure agent and our pressure (otherwise I would have changed hotels) they let me smell a number of rooms the children were moved to a large suite not because we wanted the size but because there was almost no smell there and we were moved to the third floor after I smelled a few rooms (including a crazy suite facing the sea that was offered to us and I gave up because of the strong smell it had) This room on the third floor had no smell at all, luckily for us because I didn't have the energy to bother moving a hotel and as I mentioned the hotel is perfect except for this critical part of the smell in the rooms.Most of the rooms have a very strong smell that makes it impossible to sleepThe room is old and dark as its balcony is perfect and relaxing facing the sea.All in all, the hotel tried to help, but it is interesting that two rooms appeared the next day and not one more two days later as they said on the first day.So make your considerations personally even though the service in the hotel is perfect, the breakfast, the location and the poolSleep is very important to me, the atmosphere, cleanliness and smell in the roomI would definitely not return!When I looked at the comments I saw that several people warned but most of the comments were perfect so I thought it was just a coincidence maybe a room or two that had problems.That's why it was important for me to write it.The hotel is aware of the problem and when we complained for the first time they brought a device that absorbs odors that moved like a cup to the dead!

We had a great stay at the Hansar Hotel. The rooms all have sea views, with an ideal location (close to Fisherman Village) and the service is excellent. We highly recommend it

Wow! One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at.The location is spectacular, two minutes walk from fisherman’s village walking street.The room was great, super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice.The staff were amazing and helpful especially Ju from reception :)Will definitely recommend and return!

We had a wonderful stay at Hansar Samui. Received a very friendly welcome upon arrival. Suitcases were neatly accepted and taken to the rooms. Check-in with an extremely friendly lady. The rooms are well maintained, housekeeping comes every day to make the rooms ready again. The hotel is located close to the busy Fishermans Village. You won't be bothered by the crowds because the hotel is just outside. We enjoyed 4 days of Hansar Samui
