We stayed at this hotel in March 2023. A good option to live on the island. Bungalow with air conditioning, shower working, hot water. No insects were noticed in the room. Climb high, but this is basically the case throughout the island. Compared to other options, it's not that high. The view is beautiful from the bungalow. The staff was very friendly, we were met at the pier, escorted to the hotel, and our bags were taken in a cart. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Music can be heard from the beach at night, but it’s not critical, you can sleep.

One of the young ladies from the staff was quite rude. Additionally, the location is quite far and requires a lot of climbing. Furthermore, room was ok the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly

For Phi Phi they had good prices, I think every bungalow has a nice view of the sea. Good European breakfast plus fruit. The air conditioning stopped cooling, but after reporting this fact, the crew quickly took effective action. There is some noise from the beach at night, but it's not disturbing to sleep with the door closed

Steep hill to remote location. Bungalow leaves much to be desired (rusty water, cracked loose shower floor tile, slow sink drain). It does have a nice view, however the noise from the beach club from ~7pm to 3am will drive you insane!!! Do yourself a favor and bring some noise- cancelling ear plugs! Air conditioner was under-performing, especially on the last 2 days of my week long stay (dripping on the last night-clogged condensate drain?).
