I stayed 4 nights with friends, and we had a fantastic time. The service level at this hotel is amazing! The host was so accommodating and helpful in guiding us on trips and outings and helping us to book transfer to the airport. In addition, the hotel offers free shuttles with tuktuks from the hotel wherever on the island, whenever you want to go. We stayed in one of the villas with private pool (quite small, but with jacuzzi!), and the room/villa was perfect. Clean, spacious, comfortable and with everything we needed. Also with complimentary water and sodas, which was refilled every day. The common pool area was also nice, with comfortable sun loungers, and the entire area of the hotel was extremely well kept and nice. Breakfast was cooked to order, and the restaurant to the hotel had great food as well. So all in all can only give my warmest recommendations.

We were warmly welcomed and were extensively informed about the excursion possibilities on the island.The resort is superbly located, with complimentary bicycles available, making it easy to reach the island's beaches or the town within minutes. Additionally, there is the option to arrange transportation with the resort's own shuttle service to anywhere on the island. However, the return trip must be organized and paid for independently.The room was superbly beautiful, spacious, and very clean.There was a great selection for breakfast, and modifications due to different dietary preferences were not a problem at all.The pool was a highlight for our son, especially in the evenings when it was illuminated.We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Such an amazing resort.The director and all the staff are extra kind, always ready to help with any issue and give the best info about the island.There’s a wide variety of breakfast choices, really good coffee (also with coconut milk) and a very good restaurant.The manager gave us special info to go hiking, visit the Emerald Cave with no people at all and arranging all the transfers with great organization.The resort offers a free drop service all day round to any point of the island. This makes really easy and comfortable to move around.At a short walk distance, there’s a small local village where you can buy anything you may need or enjoy local food or a thai massage or reach any of the beaches.Extra good value for money experience.After our long stay here, for sure, this will be again my choice when coming back to Koh Mook.

Utit and his team were wonderful at taking care of us. They were extremely helpful and offered great advice, gave free shuttles and the free breakfast a la carte was good, as well. Lunch and dinner were yummy too. The rooms were clean and well maintained, as are the premises.

What an amazing hotel, just book it and you won’t be disappointed.The staff and manager and not only super helpful with anything you require they are also so so friendly it feels like staying with friends.The villa with rooftop pool was luxurious and modern. Housekeeping was brilliant and the complimentary mini bar was very much appreciated. The amazing birds we saw whilst sitting in the tree tops was another huge bonus. There also seemed to be less mosquitoes than other islands.The hotel is in a perfect location for everything. A short walk to the town or Charlie beach as well as all the lovely restaurants. The hotel offers a complimentary tuk tuk to anywhere in the island which was super helpful and they have complimentary push bikes which we took advantage of several times and is a great way to get around and explore.Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and we had dinner at the restaurant one evening which offers some of the best pizza in Thailand as well as brilliant Thai dishes and top quality cocktails as well as a nice red wine.I can’t fault anything about the hotel, we were very sad to leave and would return in a heartbeat. Sad to have only stayed for 5 days. The hotel arranged transportation back to Trang Airport was faultless as well as relaxing.Close to the hotel are shops and street food vendors as well as a very good massage establishment. There are a lot of stray dogs on the island and there are a few around the hotel but they are very friendly as well as easily dismissed with a clap of the hands so please don’t not let that put you off as it really is no trouble at all and not a negative.Thank you to all of the staff, especially the manager and the very lovely lady who checked us in and worked tirelessly in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, we miss your huge smile every day. We really hope to return and stay longer in the future. Koh Mook has some of the best food on offer in Thailand as well as some of the nicest people we’ve met.

This place was heaven. The room was incredible with a private little pool on the roof top. The hotel's main pool was also lovely with plenty of loungers. Fantastic breakfast and amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Take me back!!

We had 3 wonderful days here. The resort is lovingly and beautifully designed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Although the resort is not located on the beach, this is not a problem at all thanks to the free taxi service from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. I can fully recommend the Mooklamai Resort.

This Hotel is highly recommended! The staff is super super friendly and has always a solution for any problem. The rooms are cute and very clean. They have bikes and a free tuktuk service from 7 to 7 so you can reach any beach in a couple of minutes. Right in front of the hotel is a very good pizza place that belongs to the resort. We will definitely come back.

We have now been in this wonderful accommodation for 14 days with our family with 2 small children.The friendliness and service here are truly incomparable. From the very first moment we received a really great welcome, which continued right through to the end.We were able to order special food for our baby and our 2-year-old daughter was also allowed to order whatever she liked. Every special request can be made possible.The room was big enough for the 4 of us and the daily cleaning was very nice, quick and good.Of course you know in advance that the hotel is not directly on the beach, but the complex itself is really beautiful and well maintained. The pool is great and very clean.If you wish, you can be taken anywhere you want in your own Tuk Tuk free of charge, so the location is not an issue at all.A big thank you to all the staff here for making our stay so great. We'll definitely come back again.

Human-sized hotel (14 rooms/villas) surrounded by fruit trees and a very pleasant garden. We were in the villas, a group of 12. Everyone was very happy. The food in the hotel is excellent, the breakfast is very good, very varied and fresh products. Very full. The service is very good, the staff speaks English well.The hotel is far from the seaside but has a very beautiful and large well-maintained swimming pool. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The rooms have all the necessary comfort. The hotel provides 7 bicycles for use by hotel guests and shuttles are available to drop off at the beach or elsewhere.Wifi is available everywhere. There are sufficient electrical outlets in the villas. The bathroom is very good. Comfort is there without excess.

We had our own villa with a small pool. Super nice and quiet in the complex. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The service was great! Whether free shuttle service to the beach or organizing trips. The free bikes are a bit old. Breakfast and pizza were great. Many delicious cocktails gave us a very nice time.
