Not recommended for women who feel unsafe.Environment is very bad, noise all the time. Because it's a place for boxing training upstairs. A lot of boxers The noise is very loud in the morning and afternoon. Very bad.including dog sounds People arguing with each other. According to other reviews, it sucks. Run away.

Parking is good. Personally, we like this place very much. The brother in front of the font and the elder who takes care of the parking lot Very hospitable And most importantly, the rooms are clean, safe and close to shops, easy to find things to eat. We like the service and are very impressed.

Good thing is it's near BTS Saphan Khwai.Don't get lost in staying here. It's dirty. The lobby keeps dogs. Letting pee everywhere The aunt in the lobby has a bad mouth. She should close it. The service is terrible. Late at night there is a knocking sound from the next room. But there was no next room. Very scary.

Very bad, the room was not clean at all. The air conditioner is not cool either. I asked to change rooms and was told that I was very concerned. Said there were a lot of people living there so the air conditioner wasn't cool. I live with just 2 of my girlfriends. Moreover, the staff are extremely bad, speak very badly. Using the service once is enough to not go to stay again for the rest of your life. The apartment should have been closed. If the service is bad like this People sitting and watching in front of the apartment I don't know whether to call the guard or not. That person spoke badly.

I booked a room, 18qm with balcony but when I arrived they only have a room 10qm without balcony and very dirty. Water comes out of toilett. So i canceled the room, but had to pay 450bath for cancelling. Very bad..Better don't go there

- several ants in the bed and some insects in the room- very loud. The bed vibrated because there was a compressor mounted on the outside wall. (Probably for the air conditioning)- The floor in the bathroom was uneven so there was water- The location is not good. Several kilometers away from attractions+/- Cleanliness was satisfactory+ 24 hour supermarket right around the corner, as well as a taxi stand and a good ramen restaurant+ Check in/Check out possible at any time+ Service quite ok. Some English is spoken+ Cheap
