Wow, just wow! We stayed here for 8 nights recently and it was just fabulous. The villa is spacious and well equipped with the most amazing swimming pool with incredible views. Patrick was easy to deal with when booking and very helpful throughout. His team Tae and Pawr were so lovely and looked after us incredibly. My sister is the travel editor of well known British newspaper and I have been fortunate to visit many places in the world with her, but Dreaming View villa was one of the best places I have ever stayed! A fantastic holiday and I would love to return here!

Our stay was great, location was great, villa is beautiful and has a nice pool table and differnt games for the kids. Swimming pool is lovley. Gym and office was really good also. Cost included electric.All staff members were very nice and welcoming, cleaned the villa and replaced towels regularly. Took our washing to get done, couldn't of asked for anymore.Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful modern and spacious villa, in a great location.Tae, the house manager, was spectacular. She and the team took care of everything and were always friendly and courteous. They’re all amazing. It’s better to interact with her rather than with the villa owner.The road up to the villa is very steep so be careful when ascending and descending.Overall: amazing time in a beautiful venue.

The villa is simply beautiful, a real dream! The location is phenomenal. Everything you need is available in the house. The 2 ladies who look after the house and the guests are always friendly and helpful. The bed linen is changed every 3rd day, better than in the hotel! I can only recommend the villa, you won't regret a single moment in this super beautiful property!

Magnificent villa clinging to the hill a stone's throw (or rather 2 scooter wheels) from Koh Yao beach in the northwest of the island. First contact with the owner Patrick via WhatsApp, 2 weeks before our arrival, giving us information on excursions, restaurants and other entertainment to do during our stay. Arriving there, welcome from Patrick as well as Tae, who will be our “VIP concierge” during our stay. Excellent news, in fact the images posted on Booking are consistent with reality: 4 large bedrooms with bathroom, a beautiful living room, billiard table, splendid infinity pool with a view of the beach; every evening we were in the foreground for the sunset…..The village of Yao has a small, very practical supermarket as well as around ten Thai, Italian, French restaurants, etc.To sum up, a perfect stay beyond our expectationsScooter rental required to get around the island without hassle.

Hi Dreaming View Villa Team, reading through previous 1* reviews I don't know the driver of these, but of course if you try to find things to complain about you may always find some. We tried our best to find them but we couldn't ;) Possibly a good thing to renovate the house and we were there afterwards, 10 days beginning October 2022. I was there with 2 friends and we experienced the Villa as a phantastic, close to be perfect location. An exclusive view on the sunset, onto the sea from all bed rooms, beside the forest views. The infinity pool and whirlpools are also offering several opportunities to relax. We are very pleased about the services around our stay - no wishes kept open. Thanks to the 3 heads management team that did a great job. We like to come back... hopefully soon. Best Wishes, CCM

Stay from September 5 to 8, 2022. Superb spacious and comfortable villa. Efficient and attentive staff. A pretty infinity pool, don't forget a very nice jacuzzi. A breathtaking view. A top stay. Thanks to ourhost. See you soon certainly.

We have been staying at Patrick's villa with 4 friends in the end of August. Everything has been perfect. Yes, it's on a steep, little hill, but it's doable and it's what is giving you the great view from the villa. The 2 staff members have been amazing and cleaned the place every day. The place is exactly as listed and there were no shortcomings at all. The infinity pool was great, especially enjoyable with the floating devices and the hanging chairs provided. And the Jacuzzi in the garden even came with color-changing lights at night, which was very relaxing. Given you have some experience in riding a scooter, the way up the hill will be an easy one. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying at Patrick's villa and we will be back, that's for sure. Thanks again!
