I stayed here for the full moon party. Very mixed feelings about this place, and I’m pretty lenient. It’s off the beaten path so I was able to go to bed without music keeping me up. Only 7 minute walk to main FMP beach area.Rooms are clean and AC works well. Bed is comfortable. No safe to lock things up which I don’t care for. Also there are no outlets near the bed, so I had to charge my phone in a different part of the room.Some weird quirks.. The door locks exclusively via a padlock. There is also a weird small drop off in the bathroom where if you aren’t careful, you could easily sprain your ankle. Weirdest of all, the power went out for about 2 hours without notice, and when I asked the staff, they made it seem like this was a normal occurrence and would return.Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but if I did it over again, I would probably rather stay at House of Sanskara. The price is similar, and Sanskara looks way nicer.

Very rude on the part of the girl who personally runs the place, even though she is not the boss. We stayed with my family for 2 days that were going to be 3 but on the third day, after telling us that we could stay, they told us that we had to check out because they had more reservations. The boss found us a place and on the phone she told me 3000 bahts but the other woman who runs the place in person wanted to charge us a commission for herself and it went up to 3600 bahts, a very unpresentable person. Finally, she knew that we had a tour booked in 40 minutes and she didn't care about canceling us and leaving us without a room. I will never return nor will I ever recommend it.

The stay was very good! The rooms were very clean and the staff were also very friendly. the location is amazing because you are at the beach in a few steps.The rooms are indeed not big, but it all looks good. Recommended!

The best place to stay when you go to the full moon party. Rooms are a bit small but location is great and the rooms are clean. Staff is also very friendly.

The only good thing about this place is the good service, but its disadvantages are the lack of water, the abundance of insects, the road is dark in order to reach the beach, and its price is high.

Had the small room, which is really very small but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. Very nice staff
Only four stars because of the bathroom, which was one floor for toilet and shower (water didn't go into the drain, and began to small really weird over time)

A very nice stay. It's quiet clean and nice and breezy up on the hill. You can't hear the beach and the netflix and WiFi work perfectly. We didn't use the pool pass for the hotel next door but the staff were very polite and helpful. Would stay again

Very nice and apparently new bungalow-type rooms, the exterior is very well decorated with plants and lights that gives it a relaxing and disconnected touch. The modern room with AC, TV and wifi. The only problem was the tiny room, literally it was just the square with just enough space for the bed with a window that you had to keep closed because otherwise the room and the bathroom would still be shared with the shower. For the price we paid we expected a slightly larger room.
