Nice place but terrible service. The water didn’t work 3 times for several hours- i complained and asked for compensation and they didn’t answer any of my messages. The water didn’t work so i couldn’t brush my teeth or simply flush the toilet. Don’t recommend coming here

Super nice location in an idyllic bay, just a few meters from the beach. The villa is very stylishly decorated and was very spacious. It was clean upon arrival, but unfortunately it is only cleaned every four days. For the price, we would like cleaning at least every two days, including changing towels and refilling toilet paper (we had to buy it ourselves). There was also only one large towel per person, an additional small one per person would be desirable. Since no breakfast is offered, you can either prepare something yourself (unfortunately there weren't even two glasses or two spoons - this could be improved) or you go to the restaurant in front of the door, where you get a 15% discount. There is a pick-up service in an air-conditioned van (300 BHT per person), the local taxi (Pick Up) costs 200 BHT per person. There is also a pool. We would recommend the accommodation despite the small things mentioned above!

The place is beautiful, but the connection with the reception is simply worse. We couldn’t move in for 4 hours because the previous tenants didn’t leave. Then it turned out that the lock in the house did not work, they promised to fix it for 3 days. They fixed it at the end of the 3rd. Contact with the reception is only via WhatsApp, no one around knows anything if you ask a question.
