I absolutely did not like this establishment. From the outset, the welcome is in a weed shop, with a particularly unpleasant employee. Not the slightest smile, not a word, which creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere. In addition, you are asked to pay a deposit of 5,000 baht, which is equivalent to three or four times the price of an overnight stay.The state of the establishment leaves much to be desired: everything is deteriorated and of poor quality, whether the coat racks, the lamps or the decorative elements, which are shaky or detached. Worse still, you are being monitored for possible damage when everything is already in poor condition.Don't expect to take full advantage of the beach either: you won't have the feeling of being in the residence, but rather in another establishment. In short, very positive communication on social networks turns out to be misleading

So, the houses we were in: no safe, no cleaning, problems with electricity. In general, this could be understood and forgiven (we are on an island)But the price tag for these houses is not small and the good service was at least in the expected conditions.

We spent our vacation here in 2017 and were realy satisfied. For that reasion we booked here again for 2024.But in the meantime, pretty much everything has changed for the worse.1. there is an enormous maintenance backlog. There has probably been no renovation or investment here in recent years. The paint is peeling everywhere, taps are loose, cupboard doors are warped, only one bedside lamp, but without a plug, holes in the ceiling of the veranda so that it drips onto the hammock underneath....2. we don't mind if there is pleasant "chill-out" music playing nearby, but in the "Summer Salts" opposite, which is run by the same owners, the music is so loud almost all the time that sleeping before midnight is out of the question. You might as well stay in Haad Rin on the full-moon party beach3. there is a small lawn in front of the villas, but this is now used as a parking lot for the guests of the "Summer Salts" in the evenings. No trace of privacy any more.Conclusion: Urgently needed maintenance measures. You can't dance at all weddings, either the owner has to decide for the "Summer Salts" or for the guests of the Jayden Villas.The owners could simply decide to act according to their own house rules, in which guests are requested to "This is a residental area and not a party zone.Noise must be kept at reasonable level"Much to expensive for what is on offer here.

We really enjoyed the placeVery comfortable close to the beach with nice bars that close early so you can sleep well.The beach with relatively shallow water but there is no doubt that the sunsets are the most beautiful.A road adjacent to the cabins, we were not bothered by the noise since, as written, the road is quiet from 11:00 p.m. more or less.The wooden cabin is pleasant with a wide and comfortable balcony for entertaining.As for the staff, it was pleasant and we didn't encounter any problemsBut I would recommend the option of requesting to order cleaning and garbage disposal..Totally recommended, a bit expensive, but we arrived at the peak of the season..

Complete catastrophe.Way way too expensive.No contact person only via WhatsApp.Sunday no sleep because of partying on the beach.No sleep on Monday because the technician wanted to repair the air conditioning at 10 p.m.Then no water because that's how it is in Thailand.The manager allows herself to be denied. Reception in the coffee shop.We really imagined it would be different for 150 eu per nightThe good reviews are mostly older. We can only advise against it.

Stayed for 2 weeks. 2 nights sleep was ruined because of a big lizard which kept coming in the room.Also, response time for whatsapp communication is slow.The girl who cleans the room was kind and polite and always did a good job.. But getting rooms cleaned daily is bit of a hassle, not efficient.If the price is good, will definitely stay here again due to the location, quality of villa.

The location is brilliant, the beach is more for looks than activity, but you are nestled between the pier and the lovely beaches of the north.There is a 7-11 five minutes walk and lots of brilliant restaurants very close by.Our first impressions were not great, but after five nights and many adventures, we loved our time at Koh Phangang and Jayden.We enjoyed live music and the sunset from the restaurant, which was a beautiful evening.
