Friends, don't be afraid of these reviews. It's not as bad as it seems. I've traveled all over Thailand, and trust me, this is far not the worst it gets in Thailand.If you prefer luxury, then this might not be your option.If you're familiar with the classic Thai style and have stayed in such places, then this is a great place in terms of price and quality for one or two nights. The air conditioning is quiet, the street noise isn't that noticeable, it's clean, and there are no insects noticed. I visited two rooms on the second floor. Perhaps the situation is worse on the first floor.

Pink homes, more like contract pink eye from the rotten bed sheets homes. The location feels like you are walking into S-21 to face your imminent death, and to make matters worse you are met with a bed full of bed bugs.You would want to be soft in the head to stay here. If you are considering it, I would recommend booking your hospital appointment in advance.Lovely shop underneath though called Sprout, nothing to do with this kip.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
This property is a health hazard. Black mold everywhere. Possible fecal stain on wall. Water smells of sewage. Many insects in room. Very noisy.

The hut stank of mustiness, no windows that opened. After which it's cheap and well located (right next to the ferries and lots of bars/7eleven/stores nearby)

Staffs are friendly. They didn’t charge for deposit. The room is with aircon, nice and clean. Perfect location. We were there during sonkan festival, we can even walk to where the celebration take place. Great restaurant in walking distance. Near the port which is easy for rose who has to catch the ferry back to mainland.

What can you expect for this price? Certainly not working WiFi, clean bed linen or a faucet that doesn't drip half the night...At least the air conditioning works and the proximity to the pier is practical

The room was quite worse than expected. The staff doesn't speak clearly and doesn't understand much. You have to wait a long time to get the reserved room. There is a musty smell in the room. The air conditioner remote doesn't work. I reported it and there was no replacement available. According to the previous situation, there was no TV available, so I asked and couldn't find it again. Summarize everything according to condition.

The room is fine, there is no clear reception so finding the way in took a bit of searching! There may be some noise from the bars nearby but if you need a place to stay before or after the ferry I can recommend this place but not for any other purpose.

Good quality-price ratio. It is located near the center, there are several options for eating.The room is ok, clean. The bed is comfortable. It is not the same as the photos published on agoda but it is fine

I have never been able to contact you for a break. There was no notification at all. We want to clean When I went to the store I met the owner of the store. Asked how many nights we were staying, when I said 4, I made a silly face (If you're not satisfied with anything, if you're not satisfied, you shouldn't open the room). If it's wrong for customers to want information, then don't think about booking in the future. Right away. It was a hotel booking that didn't have any standards. Disappointed.
