Hotel Gahn

Beautiful unique Chinese influenced design. More storage space than I have ever seen in one room. Large bathroom with bench shower stall. Street noise insignificant; slept soundly two nights. Food delicious and unique chinese inspired. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Room - beautiful, good value, looks Chinese style, I really like it.Service - Friendly staff, give good advice and smile.Breakfast - quite good. Each person can get a free glass of water from the cafe.Parking - There is parking for approximately 4-5 cars. If there are more than that, you must park on the roadside.

Two nights here. First let me clear the air about street noise. I barely heard anything, just an occasional speeding motorcycle and slept fantastic on a very comfortable bed with great a/c. Employees here are friendly & helpful. Food was incredible; Delicious & affordable. I highly recommend staying here.

I really like the Suki bowl bathtub.

Price performance top.We were surprised by the juices at breakfast, which were very tasty. The lobby and rooms were nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the pool only had armchairs and no deck chairs. Absolutely everything was OK for 2 nights.

Beautiful and clean hotel, unfortunately the service is subpar!English is spoken poorly, which makes communication difficult. Unfortunately, we had to point out several times that the safe was being opened (it had been closed by the previous owner), the balcony was contaminated with animal feces and the breakfast buffet was only replenished upon request (at 8:30 a.m.). In addition, the selection can be expanded.

The hotel itself is really very nice, really well furnished and the location is absolutely great. And, as many others have praised here, the beds and pillows are truly a dream. With a score of 4.9 here on Google, we didn't expect anything different. We were there for seven nights.However, we unfortunately also have a few small things to complain about. The rooms are super clean and beautiful, but quite narrow. You can also hear the large main street in front of the hotel very clearly at night. And unfortunately we kept having problems with the air conditioning. As is often the case in Thailand, it hangs directly above the bed. It's good, however, that you have nice, light curtains that you can draw. However, it then immediately becomes warm and stuffy again. At night it somehow switches automatically and it gets really warm. The breakfast was okay, although the same every day. Unfortunately, the drinks that you can order with it take sooo long that we had already finished breakfast almost every day when they finally arrived. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy dinner in the restaurant - but everyone is different.There is a laundry service (60 baht per kilo). Great. Unfortunately, the second time a T-shirt came back more stained than when I handed it in. Strange, but it can happen.Even if it doesn't sound like it now, we were still really happy to have stayed here and can recommend it with a clear conscience!

The staff is very friendly. Make a good impression from the beginning Beautifully decorated hotel in a retro style. Makes you feel quiet, not chaotic, suitable for relaxing. There aren't a lot of parking spaces. Inside the room is quite large. There is a very large circular bathtub (one bath bomb won't do it). Whoever stops by Khao Lak It is a recommended hotel. Next to the hotel there is a seafood/Isaan restaurant.
