Due to a triple booking with Isara we couldn't check in.An older lady explained to us that the rooms belong to her son and that the administration via Bangkok keeps causing problems and that there are multiple bookings.The lady offered us another room in the complex opposite without direct pool access for 3000 Bath. It was still possible to use the pool, which we of course assumed, who wants to look for a new room in the evening.This review is about this complex, called BKK Hotel @ Khao Lak (just opposite Isara).The room looked exactly like the one in the photo. It seems like everything was built and furnished at the same time.The service was perfect as described, we even received a second pan.I would rather book here than with Isara. The price was 3000 baht.In the photos you can see a huge skyscraper. This is NOT the accommodation, but a residential building further back.
