From experience living here for 1 yearweakness- A hard bed, which is the most important and largest part of the room.(You must solve the immediate problem yourself by purchasing Top number comes second)- The leaf is not correct. (Suppose you will go to the 3rd floor. You have to press 2 to walk up 1 floor or press 3 to walk down 1 floor. It's difficult when carrying heavy things.)- The room at the edge/back of the building, ending with 8 208/308/408/508, will be in the southwest direction. From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. it will be very hot. In summer, the bathroom thinks it's a sauna room. The air conditioner and fan must be turned on together.- From having been in room 308 for 1 year, there will be the sound of water pipes hitting. Room ceiling when other rooms use water After that it started to get louder and louder. Late at night, I was startled and thought that someone was knocking on the door. This is extremely annoying, distracting, and disruptive to rest time.strength- clean- Private-Easy to travel, close to Bang Wa BTS and Bang Phai MRT.- In front of the alley there is a market.

The room is neat and clean despite some facilities may out of service. However, this old-man security is heavily unwelcome.The rooms are nice and clean. Missing some equipment. (no kettle shower cap tv no signal But there is a hair dryer) The guard's service was not good, he didn't speak well, we spoke very well. But he said it badly 😟

The room is all good except the parking lot.If you come to stay to put on makeup, I don't recommend it.Because there was no parking, the security guard didn't recommend where I could park nearby....

Best place we have stayed in Bangkok, staff are amazing- always there to help!
Rooms are extremely clean and spacious and the bed is very comfortable!
We will be staying here whenever we are back in Bangkok!

The elders who take care of the uncle and the owner are all lovely. Anyone who is an introvert would recommend it because it's very peaceful, comfortable, close to the market, close to the MRT, perfect. Haha.

Very good the metro is not far to get you to the center of Bangkok much quieter than the center of Bangkok. Lots of small shops 7/10, mini big c and covered market for eating. Beautiful room with balcony wifi tv fridge

I think it's the best in this area. I recommend it. The only cost is the parking space. There's only a small amount, able to park 6-7 cars, and the mattress isn't soft. It was a bit harsh, so I deducted 1 star. Good air conditioning, good blankets, good pillows, good bathroom, clearly divided into proportions. There are 4 washing machines, 700-800 baht per night. The price is a little high for this side of the area. If 5-6 hundred baht would be very good. Near the entrance of the alley there is a lot of food to choose from. There is a 7/11 and a private flea market. I like it ❤️

Everything is good except the bed. Which is the biggest and most important part of making a room. The bed is very hard!!!!!!!!!!!! So stiff that my whole body ached. Really very hard. I have never slept in a daily room bed this hard. You should pay a little attention to the bed. It's not very ok at all.

Good location, near Seni Market. In the morning there are many shops in front of the dormitory. There is also a place to offer alms to monks. But the accommodation has little parking. If you come, I recommend calling to ask for parking first. The room is clean and the bathroom is clean. But it doesn't keep much sound.
