I paid 250 per night during GP and it was to expensive It’s a new place but is not quiet sorry Only the pool is beautiful

The positive points:- spacious rooms- responsive serviceThe negative points:- houses that are not at all insulated (lots of mosquitoes, gecko droppings all over the room, smoke comes in as soon as they light a fire nearby).- Since the room is poorly insulated, you literally hear everything.At the same price, you can unfortunately find much better in the city.

Lovely little guesthouse with nice gardens, lots of plants, a cute little pool. Close to restaurants and bars but still quiet. Staff are super friendly and helpful

Beautiful room, paradise garden with swimming pool, extremely friendly team, helpful with everything, very clean.I arrived and was speechless in the best sense of the word. Everything is right about this place. The owner has a good eye for class and perfection. The room is very nicely decorated and clean. There are drinks and snacks in the room. I had the room with a kind of private garden, which is so neatly maintained by Eddie the gardener. An oasis of peace. Hazar is the manager, point of contact for everything, reliable, knowledgeable man. From here you can easily visit different places, it is a good central location. On your own by scooter or book a fun trip with Adi and Tona. They make you feel completely at ease. I had a lot of fun with them.I booked a few extra nights because it is so nice here. The team is a golden team. They take you in as a brother or sister. They can arrange everything for you. Hazar, Tona, Eddie, Adi, Adam and then I forgot some names, Thank you very much for everything, I hope to come back again.

The owner was really nice and the villa is amazing super well decorated, the staff super attentive and helpful. Absolutely worth the money.

Be aware and stay away from this place and its owner. He was totally dishonest and accusing me of things that are not true, even everything can be proved since all conversations are on my phone. This is a good example of how you should NOT run a business, and a good example of how you should never treat a paying customer....I was offered a free pick up from the harbour in exhange of a very very good review, morally wrong...? Even he said it's included if you stay 7 days... Makes you wonder if all good reviews got something free as well....After a weeks stay - i wrote my review on a popular booking app, and the review pointed out many good points (room,pool amazing staff) and also said that the rooms were a bit dark, too close to each other and a bit open so that bugs and animals could easily enter.Also no reception.All this is true and reflects my experiences during my stay and my personal opinions, and thats what reviews are all about.We, tourists, have the right and duty to tell others about our experiences, always.And as a owner of a business, they should be grateful to take any feedback, positive and negative.And to do all their best to learn from those reviews, to improve the business.Thats what a serious, commited owner does.Well, not this guy.He went totally bananas and started accusing me of all kinds of things that are not true at all..writing to me personal number. Wauh... Totally insane... So many many many lies, i could not belive it. It was very disturbing.Im not even gonna get into those lies here now cause it will take up too much space, and its totally unnecessary.A very good example of how customer service is not done.And one moore thing, a local Indonesian person would never talk to a tourist in such rude manners, or tell lies like that... Never.This is a very angry foreigner who owns this place.Bring your money elsewhere, he does not deserve it.I just feel sad for the staff, because the where amazing i hope he treat them better than me....Just be aware.I can't wait how he is doing to respond to this...
