Terrible experience. Someone came into our room in the middle of the night, took our purse, stole a bunch of money, and then dumped everything in the purse outside. We were able to track it by the AirPods and recover most stuff, but it was pretty terrible.The rooms smell terrible.. they put an insane amount of perfume in the rooms to try and cover up the smell of sewage but it gave us all a headache immediately and was super uncomfortable.It says 5 mins away from town but you have to drive into a residential area and it’s up a sketchy driveway through a neighborhood so if you’re trying to stay in Kuta town you’re better off staying somewhere actually in town.

When we arrived, my wife and I were very surprised at first. An undeveloped and unlit street led to the hotel. Several dogs ran into us so we arrived slightly deterred. Our reaction to the room and the bathroom, which is definitely a highlight, was even nicer.Unfortunately, our toilet didn't work during our stay and flooded regularly. It's a real shame. The hotel definitely has great potential.Due to the circumstances, we received a cash refund from the owner.

The worst hotel experience!Not recommended at all… We could only resist one night to stay at this hotel as we arrived late night. The images of the room were different than the real room. It was so dirty and smelled sewer that wasn’t possible to sleep.Moreover, the stuff didn’t even care about the problem so we decided to leave (there are cleaner and more beautiful hotels with the same price) they didn’t even ask why, they just didn’t care… Unfortunately we had to ask a favor to call a taxi for us and as the taxi driver said the stuff told him to ask 100.000 rupi from us for 2 kilometers… Fortunately the driver was an honest man and we paid the correct amount.Don’t waste your money!

Not maintained accommodation, everywhere is dirty, broken toilet, dirty sink, no sinkhole cover in the bathroom. Stairs way broken. The distance incorrect what they wrote on booking description which is 500m, the real one is 1.2 km, with bad roads to reach this hotel. The view is ok. But difficult to get access to the beach and return. We stay only 1 night instead of 2 nights, and we found good hotel beachfront with the same price.

Hotel really not recomended.Very hard to get to. Taxi would not even take the road we had to walk for 500m and it's even hard in scooter. Big road nearby with a lot of noise.They are ants and termits in the room and everywhere else in the hotel. The shower is just enough. Only one outlet in the room that is used for the frigo and on in the bathroom sonnot conveniant.People were nice at first, but we had an issue with a scooter and they did not had a spare key so they asked for a lot lot lot of money.Breakfast is simple and with barely no choice (toast, avocado, tomato)Our neighbours got all their stuff stollen during night.Toilet is always leaking.No curtain on the east window so sun wakes you every morning anyway.It located on the top of a hill so they are very strong winds and the walls and roof craks all the time. The wind even go througt the door as it is not well seeled.View is nice if you don't listen to the road or dogs noices.

Very bad hotel! You shouldn't go here anyway. The rooms are dirty, the pool is not maintained; it really looks different from the pictures. There are many nicer accommodations in Kuta!

The staffs just sitting and talking to each other while playing guitar. No water to drink in the room, no coffee or tea bag. Even the glass door to view the beach is dirty. UNPROFESSIONAL.

The place is a bit out of the way, it takes a while by motorbike to the center of Kuta. Quality - price good. It was clean, although the place was a little more run down than it appears in the photos.

Nice and clean rooms with a sea view. However, there is currently still a construction site in between. Unfortunately the bathroom smelled a bit strong. The breakfast was delicious, although it may take some time to prepare depending on the number of guests. You can rent great scooters directly from the hotel for 70k/day.

This place is awesome, i was staying there for 3 weeks and could not imagine better one. Stuff is super friendly, breakfast is really good and rooms are super comfortable. Definitely check it out!

Unfortunately our stay wasn’t that pleasant! The view is nice but my bungalow with fan has a rat and whole night the rat was running around to our backpacks plus once in bedhead. A couple who moved to another room says the rat was there. I wish hostel have done something about it. Also for the breakfast we had to leave next morning to head to the harbour so asked from the receptionist that if we can get ours exactly on time which starts at 7:30am and they said ok with it. But next day sitting.. waiting.. 7:50 called the person and says he is still at the market purchasing the things for the brekkie. That was little unreliable service but we managed to had our breakfast in a rush after 8!

Had a wonderful stay here! The rooms were confortable, fridge, AC, balcony, etc. Breakfast amazing 10/10 not like they usually serve elsewhere in asia. The view is beautiful. It is a little further from the center but it also means you’re NOT awaken by the mosk at dawn and it’s easily accessible by motorbike (60k/day). Plus, the staff is very devoted to make your stay as confortable as it can get!

Hard worker and helpful staff, best breakfast we’ve ever had and amazing views.
Road a bit difficult to arrive but you kind of get use to it.
Definetly we’ll stay again when we go back to Lombok ☺️
