According to the price, it was cheaper, the room was comfortable and clean. So, the hotel does not look like the photos, but the manager brought excellent customer service, and you can negotiate some tours at the gili Islands, like a snorkelling.

The place is in the middle of Gili so it's a bit far if you want to go anywhere without a bicycle/cart. The service is no no no, when you check in you don't know if I have booked or not. We waited for about 5 minutes, and I don't know if the room had been cleaned or not. 🤷♂️As for the rooms, not bad but not good. A little messy. There are no facilities other than a mattress and air conditioning, for the price of 600k it's not really worth it. I prefer to stay at the Mataram hotel rather than there. The toilet was dirty with lots of leaves which made me think the room had not been cleaned or prepared and there was also no hot water. The mattress is not bad, but the bedcover has stains. I don't know whether it has been washed or not. AC, it really doesn't cool, I'm very annoyed. The Gilis were hot and there was no cool air conditioning, making my holiday chaotic. And lastly I booked a room with breakfast, but I didn't get it. This is my honest review, please improve the service and facilities. Don't just want to make a profit.

It's an old bungalow, and if it had been managed well, it would have run better, but it's a shame. There is no hot water. Instead, there are not many bugs, there is plenty of sunlight, and two cute cats live here. It is located in the center of the island, making it easy to get around.Banana pancakes were served for breakfast, but I didn't eat them.If you request boiling water. I was able to boil water and eat cup ramen.The bicycle parking zone is on the left side of the entrance.Cool water is provided upon arrival.Towels and bedding are clean.Be kind. There are restaurants and convenience stores around the accommodation, so there is no inconvenience.It was a fun Gili trip.

Nice, kind people work here. We planned to stay here for 2 days, but ended up extending it for another day without any problems. Clean white bed linen. Breakfast is monotonous - banana pancake. Quiet place

The first time I came here, the room was neat, the water was clean, the atmosphere was comfortable, fragrant and clean, towels were provided for toiletries, for the rest, such as soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, bring your own. Access is not too far from the port.
