The rooms are in terrible condition. Nothing like the pictures. Totally overpriced for this level!! The staff doesn't speak English. Dirty, hairy bed linen and towels. Everything full of mold. Was even ripped off by the owner. Offered to organize an Indonesian SIM card for me. Originally cost 40,000 IDR which is totally OK, but only had 50,000 IDR. He had no change and assured me he would give me the rest tomorrow. When I asked him about it the next day he told me the 10,000 IDR was additional for the sim itself. Dishonest people!Don't go there.

My Place consists of guest houses and boarding houses, can be rented daily, weekly, monthly to yearly, laundry services and an ATM center are available.Public facilities consist of a common kitchen (1st floor and 2nd floor), refrigerator, Aqua gallon, dining table, cupboard; lounge or seating areas spread across various corners of the inn; gardens, fish ponds, open spaces; clothesline; reception room; outer fence; CCTV; complete overalls.Room facilities consist of wardrobe, table, chairs, TV, AC, double bed, window, private toilet with sitting toilet, water heater, sink, hanger, (there are rooms that have an additional terrace), overall quite complete and spacious, the room has circulation the air is quite good.The location of the accommodation is quite strategic, even though it goes a little in, the road is still busy with vehicles, it can go everywhere, a little way out is the main road, so this makes the place to live quieter or protected from vehicle noise, comfortable for resting; Around the accommodation there are minimarkets, typical Manado restaurants, coffee shops, campuses, etc.The service from brothers, sisters, PICs and owners is also friendly, just convey your needs as long as they are within the scope and are logical, they will definitely be met. For those who rent a room monthly, the room can be cleaned + change the spray every week, for daily clean up requests, just adjust it.Sharing a little about your stay experience:Before I booked, I contacted the accommodation, via WA I received satisfactory and detailed information, for those coming from the airport and need transportation, the accommodation can also help with coordination with Bluebird;When I arrived at the accommodation I was given permission to choose a room, and the advantages and disadvantages of each type of room were explained, the room types consisted of deluxe and standard, there were also slight differences in room size, the type of room was adjusted to suit your needs and tastes;Types consist of rooms on the 1st floor and 2nd floor, for those who are lazy going up and down stairs, want to be close to the garden terrace and fish pond, you can choose the 1st floor, for those who will stay for a long time, prefer indoor activities, tend to look for tranquility, you can choose the 2nd floor rooms; the 2nd floor room in the middle hallway with windows facing the garden (the row of rooms on the right after going up the stairs) is quite recommended for those who are looking for a cozy view, tend to be introverted and often go in and out;During my stay several utensils for eating and drinking were also provided such as bowls, glasses, refill drinking water bottles;There are bicycle-style exercise equipment on the 2nd floor terrace that can be used;BTW, many foreign guests stay here, for example from Japan, China, Europe/Australia, because I can speak Mandarin, I also made several Chinese friends from there, this indicates that this accommodation is quite well known or a favorite;Overall cleanliness is maintained, security is good, quite comfortable while staying here.Nb.
