I was going to score this place a two or three originally however a lot has happened during my stay.The location is good in terms of being far away enough from a mosque that you barely hear it.The bed is comfortable and you can get a good night's sleep.The staff are friendly and helpful and supportive.The downsides are:We originally agreed a rental price if 3M a month for two months, however the owner decided a week before we were to pay again to double the price up 6M.The place is not worth this because the location isn't desirable, the rooms need a revamp as plaster is falling off the walls and in a state of disrepair.The water in the shower is incredibly cold, so much so that its hard to put your whole body under, even if you have been out in the sun.We moved to a bigger place, with a kitchen and separate bedroom, bang in the centre for 2.5M a month. We only wish we would have found it sooner.There is a hell of a lot of trash in the surrounding green areas, used baby nappies etc and the place looks a mess.I am also saddened that I had to play tug of war to try and stop staff from burning trash. I was trying to take it to the Gili Eco trust for it to be recycled.I think the lack of communication around the rental price going up was out of order and should have been mentioned sooner.It's hard to use the shared kitchen too as there's so much in the fridge already that you gave hardly any room for your own food.The room has an air conditioning unit however it's essentially a fan because there are no air conditioning extractions inside or outside.Your essentially paying for a tiny bedroom and bathroom, it's not worth 6M a month and I believe the owner will struggle continuously filling the rooms for such a high price due up everything I mention above.

My experience with this villa is very negative, the service is not good, the bathroom is not clean, the yard is not neat, there is a lot of rubbish, the money won't be returned when we cancel, the place goes into a remote village, looks around the bathroom, there are squirrels and many other things, it's not suitable for families, OK, that's it for me. just sharing experiences

bad service. room not even ready when we are arrive. and the worst part is the bathroom is on repair yet the hotel still accept our book. the hotel is a mess, go find somewhere else to stay
