The villa is in the middle of the Abud area, in the middle of the neighborhood. It has a private pool and consists of two floors and a balcony overlooking the pool.It has two bedrooms, each room has a bathroom, complete privacy, even the balcony has privacy.It has a kitchen, gas, refrigerator, and bathroom on the ground floorThe bedrooms above have air conditioning, but only the ground floor has a fan, but the weather is nice even when it's not hot

We had a fantastic stay at Kamajaya villa for 3 days. Before booking this property, we have looked around almost every property available in that area. We wanted less lizards and gecko in the property which we got. No open bathrooms were preferred which we got here. At our time of stay there were no such issues. Bathroom was really big and bath tub was also huge. We rented scooter from them and had an amazing experience exploring the city. Ubud has enormous traffic jam due to narrow roads so scooter was the only way to commute.

My wife and I had a great stay at this villa.We loved the privacy and the enormous space. Great experience for some couple alone time.Not really anything to improve. Just be aware that they don't serve breakfast. You do however have all the equipment to prepare a nice breakfast yourself.Can recommend.

Stayed here during our honeymoon, the place looks amazing and we had a fantastic time. The staff were also incredibly nice. There is an open concept on the bottom floor which lets you see birds flying in and out (never stayed inside) which made our relaxing time at the villa that much better.||I highly recommend Kamajaya Villas!

Leaving a 4 star rating because the experience was fantastic and unique at the same timeI’m an Indian and I stayed here 3 nights.1. If you find geckos and lizards scary; the place is not for you. We had 10 plus in our villa and a geckos arm-size lingering over the kitchen area. But that’s all part of nature. And yes, some small frogs that jump higher than I could imagine took me off guard.2. Lights can be dim in the evening. So villa looks all sad in darkness. But in the morning, it is so so good; so many pictures can be taken in this property.3. There’s microwave and Gas stove with cutlery in this place so you can prepare basic food as you can. Con - there is no breakfast available at the property.4. Location - Decent; but street is pretty dark that makes it inaccessible in the evening post 7pm apart from a Car.5. Bathroom - it’s pretty good but hot water has issues as there’s a senseless limit of 15 litres hot water and then 30 minutes wait to get another 15 L again.6. Entertainment - TV has 12 local channels and does not sync with your phone or streaming apps. So that was sad.Lastly, Wari from Kamajaya staff went out of the way and helped us with any issue we raised. So salute to him for that!

The staff are amazing and the manager is great, everything is excellent, we extended our stay in the villa and the experience was amazing.|The pool is cleaned up every day, the place is fantastic for relaxing and some quiet time. Thanks for the service. I would love to stay over again.

The private villa is complete with a kitchen, dining table, cooking utensils and eating utensils.Even a private pool for each villa.The building quality is very good, clean and new, the bed is quite comfortable, the water is clean and running smoothly.Only parking space is very limited.The atmosphere around the villa is quite quiet and calm, so it is very suitable for a holiday stay with family, it is also quite close to the center of Ubud.It's just that, if you are next to other tenants who are noisy and play music quite loudly, it could disturb other villa tenants.

Good place. Good experience. The room was clean and nice albeit a little run down. The pool was clean and so was the living space. Had a minor lizard issue which was quickly resolved. Front desk was helpful with finding us a laundry and getting it there and back to us.
