The photos are good, the villa may have a nice modern aesthetic ambience, but it's a shame that the original is a bit poorly maintainedMy condition is staying, check in on July 5 2024lack of time I entered1. There is no wifi yet2. There is TV but I can't watch TV, whether there's no antenna or what3. The bucket near the kitchen is full of rat droppings (sorry for the error, but I didn't mean lots of rats, but I meant rat droppings)4. The rice cooker from the top is dusty and the rice cooker pan is also not clean5. The sheets are installed but there is a lot of dust6. There is no mirror at all, there is a sink but the mirror is not installed7. The bottom of the closet is crusty and black, the floor is a bit slippery, so it's dangerous if you don't clean it often, it can easily slip8. The water tap sink is leaking from the top of the room, to the bottom and kitchen for some reason even though the building looks new9. It's best to install the water heater because the water on the stone is quite cold, especially if there are children10. The door handle to the upper room is loose11. There is a lot of dust on the TV table, the kitchen is dusty and even the stove is dusty, the display table is dusty,12. The dish rack is dirty & rusty13. Stains from spilled drinks on the carpet14. I want to boil water but the electricity still jumpsLots of new buildings are being built so it's probably the cause of a lot of dustadvantages:- location close to souvenir places- location close to the JTM Park tourist attraction- friendly admin is still responsive- amenities available soap, shampoo, tissue, drinking water, brown bread, & 2 boxes of Indomie, PS & 2 game cassettesI hope the input of deficiencies can be looked at again for details & cleanliness before the renter comes in, spying on the owner and renter is equally good. thank you🙏🏻

Initially I was underestimating this villa, because there were lots of 1 star reviews, but it turned out that when it arrived it was really satisfying, the facilities were okay even though there was no wifi. Aesthetic building. The owner is very friendly and kind!✨

My friends & I were really satisfied with our holiday to Batu and staying here, for that price (incidentally got a rate of 500k on the ag*da app) The villa is enough for 6-8 peopleIn my opinion the +:- the owner is VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- the check in & check out process is really easy- asthetic interior- clean rooms- good cooking equipment: there is an air fryer, provided with indomi and bread, there is a rice cooker, oven, refrigerator, the kitchen is semi-outdoor- The balcony has a nice view of the gardens in the morning- clean & well maintained condition!- The TV is a smart TV- There is a PS 3 so you can play it yesterday too- There are board games prepared by the owner- There are 2 bathrooms, all clean- 1 master bedroom on the top floor has AC- The 2 bedrooms below use a fan (but the stone is already cold, I don't use it when I sleep)- strategic location near Jatimpark 3 so if you want to go anywhere it's close- exiting the housing complex there is AlfamartMinuses:- no wifi (according to desc)- no water heater (according to desc)- glass mace- There is only 1 pillow in the downstairs room but there are 2 mattresses- coincidentally there was construction in front of the house last night so the road was a bit narrow (but this is conditional)Overall really recommended!

For villas in Batu Malang with a price of 500 thousand, it is very helpful for families who want to vacation with an economical package. TV, mattress, aesthetic house, even though there's no wifi, fill up your own gallon (you know what, with that price & a big house, you know). Location okay. Recommended. Polite owner. Please, as a renter, also maintain your manners, don't have too high expectations for the price offered. It is very adequate for the cost, location & size of the modern house.

Difficult access.No mirror.No wifi.The bathroom floor is made of smooth ceramic 😱.There is no water heater.There is no place to hang clothes in the bathroom and in the room.There is no place to store toiletries & toothbrushes.1 pillow for the top bunk. There are no pillows and sheets for the bottom bunk.Empty gas.The building is new but the finishing is poor, the door handles come off easily and the shower hanger is broken.The block in front of the house was badly damaged, it was difficult for cars to enter the yard.Give up!!!

Bad access. Dirty house, lots of cockroaches. The doormat was only 2 cm and it was dirty as if it had never been washed. No AC, no fan, not even glass in the house. There is no water heater. A lot of bathroom equipment was damaged. The water went dead the next morning 👍🏻 If you can give me a negative review, I'll give it a minus. Hopefully the owner will realize that after the bad review, it will be repaired, if it's not a pity for those who want to stay here, it's better to think about it first 🤌🏻

Good location but parking is difficult because the paving is all broken, it's really scary that the car tires are torn.Please ask the owner to check the villa often because it is not well maintained. There were lots of cockroaches and the interior was damaged, such as the doors, the windows of the 2nd floor doors which were open spaces were leaking due to rain water, the mats were not clean and there wasn't even any water in the morning. Maybe because of a broken pipe or pump problem.Other amenities such as basic tissue and soap should also be provided.Before a customer comes in, it's a good idea to pay attention first so that the customer is comfortable and wants to come back.
