A private bungalow with everything you need, a comfortable and luxurious bed, every day you receive water and toilet paper in the room and the room is cleaned upon requestThe best location, with the best viewThe service is kind and the hostess takes care of everything that is neededHighly recommend!

The villa is located by the Pai river with short walking distance to night market. We got the room at competitive rate. The bed was alright but only 2 pillows for queen bed, with a bad conditioned bathroom which I feel uneasy to step inside. Bathroom door is squeaking sharply too

The location is great on the river and nice and quiet. As a 2 star hotel the actual room is nice with clean sheets and good, bed firm (super thin non existent pillows) all seems OK until you step into the bathroom. The walls are filthy dirty and the shower is so bad I didn't shower for the 2 nights I was there. Horrible

The rooms are clean, the atmosphere has a good view, it's private, dogs can stay. Don't waste additional money. Plus the staff are very nice and caring. Complete accessories for dogs are available. Going to Pai again, will definitely stay again!

Super nice houses. Simple, but comfortable. The shower/bathroom is of little use.The location is perfect. Just far enough from walking street, next to the river.

Good accommodation, clean, lovely staff. Dogs can stay here too. The atmosphere is good next to the river. Come out for a refreshing walk in the morning. Also near the walking street. It is considered inexpensive. I like it.

Simply amazing! Make sure you call them directly to book as you can save quite a lot, than booking through a third party website. The location, the view, the service is incredible. I lived in both D4 and D2 with the river view. It's quite interesting as D4 has a much better view but the bathroom has many cockrochies which is the only downside of this place...... However, D2 doesn't have any cockrochies but the view is not as amazing. In spite of this, I would still highly highly recommend this place.

The bungalow is very large. The bed is more than comfortable and the sheets are very soft! The bacon is nice and with the view of the river. The air conditioning is effective!The location is ideal. A stone's throw from the main street where everything happens, but at the same time very quiet.The staff is very nice and helpful. A problem? The problem is resolved in 5 minutes.Just the bird's nest that wakes us up at 6:30 in the morning, but that's often the case everywhere!I highly recommend

The location of the hotel is great, it's very close to the Main Street and u don't hear noises, except of the day that there is party's tubing (100 m from the hotel). The room is clean, the staff are very friendly, and brought us water and towels everyday. The just one thing that's in the shower the water doesn't go down well in the drainage system. If pillow or something like that will be added to the balcony it's will be awesome.In addition there is a coffee corner for freeI recommend about this hotel

The room is a bit old and the price is 1500฿. The good thing is that it's next to the Walking Street Market in Pai. Walk 450 meters and you'll be there.

Clean accommodation, good service, good atmosphere, overlooking the water. The weather is cool, not crowded, not far from the walking street. Check-in time must be before 5:00 p.m. because you must pass the walking street.
