The location is very close, there is space to park a scooter, there is a common space, and the room is spacious. I took off my shoes on the first floor and went to my room, and I liked the large common space on the first floor. The room was on the second floor, and the window was small so not much light came in, but it blocked out the sunlight in the morning and the bathroom was also spacious. Amenities include body soap and shampoo. There are dryers, hangers, etc. However, there are a few ants, so those with sensitive skin should be careful. The owner is also friendly.

A perfect location in the center of Pai with rooms surprisingly quiet for how close into town you are. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the owners are as kind and helpful as you can get.There is no business center, but if you bring your own laptop etc there is a very comfortable sitting room.The hotel is a 30 second walk to the main walking street.Highly recommend. We will be staying again.

As for walking to the walking street Just get out of the accommodation alley and you'll find the road (100 meters).In the morning it will be comfortable. Because it's close There is a convenience store. And there are quite a lot of restaurants in this zone.In the room section for two adults There will be no breakfast or dinner provided. The price for a long holiday stay is 800 baht. The room has air conditioning. water heater and general standard items, quite complete

First of all, this is a great place to stay. It's right next to Walking Street and has a lot of floating population, but it's a quiet alley, so it's quiet and nice at night. I hate bugs in nature-friendly Pai, so I was looking for a bug-free hotel and found this accommodation, and there are really no bugs. There's a bit of a blur in the hallway, but I avoid people when I see them, so it's okay. The staff are very friendly and the housekeeping is really neat. When I made a reservation through Agoda, I booked a room with no view, but there were two windows so it was quite bright, the bedding was really good, and the room was spacious. Oh, there is only one drawback: the water pressure in the sink is a bit low, so you have to turn on the shower when hand washing.

Decent value. Laid back host/light interaction. Very much for the independent traveler. The property is pretty quiet but just off Main Street which was great.Fast Wi-Fi. Bed is not as firm as most thai beds but uncomfortable at first. I adjusted after a night or two.Family that owns the property are very nice and accommodating. The uncle said hi to me every morning.There was a cluster of little ants on the desk and inside the water kettle.The a/c was a little finicky.Decent closet space with hangers.Good shower pressure and hot water.

The room is good, clean, the water is strong, you can shower comfortably and the hot water adjuster works very quickly. Good.There is a hair dryer, keycard door, soap, shampoo that are quite good to use. What I like is that there are charger plugs on both sides at the head of the bed and a ceiling light that has good lighting for the bedroom, located near the walking street.

OK for one night but not more. Hard to use the toilet. Shower has water leak. Cannot charge your phone because the electric socket is too high, you need to put your phone on a chair, but no chair provided. Have one table but no chair. Etc etc.

But in the same area there is a sink with a large mirror. There is a hair dryer drive. Walking out of the alley, less than 100 meters is Pai Walking Street. There are many shops. It is considered a cheap place to stay. The bed is good and clean. There are actually many levels of rooms to choose from. But if you come alone on a budget trip, please give it a try.
