Very nice and charming property with pretty bungalows and a wonderful view of the country. The owners are very friendly and attentive, and here it literally applies: price-value. The breakfast is also simple and good. The only thing missing for complete happiness is a pool. Highly recommended 🌟Update Feb2024:Just great, back here after 3 years and it's just a little gem outside of Pai.Just keep doing the same...highly recommended

We extended our stay to 8 nights, we loved the place so much!We loved: the kindness of the lady, the gentleman and the elderly lady. Small Thai dishes. The tranquility and beauty of the place. Our bungalow with the beautiful view and the hammock.Afterwards, you need to know:- the hotel is approximately 40 minutes from the city center on foot. It is therefore better to rent a motorbike.- at this time of year, the nights are cool. Better to ask for additional coverage if you are cold like us.- on weekends, in the evening, music comes from the nearby bar. But since we went to bed late, it didn't bother us.If we come back to Pai, we will happily stay in this place again!

We had such a nice stay, rooms were cosy, big and clean! The view from the garden and the balcony is amazing. The location is perfect, very quiet and not far from Pai. We will definitely come back!

The place is overall great but has 2 major cons.I would say for families with little kids it’s not the best choice.The view is breathtaking, the location is perfect I liked the rural atmosphere and the privacy.The food at the place is the best breakfast I had in Pai and the people there are so accommodating and nice.The cons! The toilets and the bathroom is open space, no roof.The kids would not agree to shower and going to the bathroom after dark was a challenge! Also for us the adults was not the best experience showering like that.The cabin is not isolated well, it was cold!! So cold it was hard to get a good night sleep specially the kids. Not kid friendlyThe view and the food was worth it though 🙂

The most important thing to know about this place is, it's rural. This has many implications:Pros - the grounds are very beautiful, at night with the stars out, and during the day when u can see the surrounding fields. Sunsets are gorgeous out here.- We saw plenty of children running around and having a fantastic time.- Laid back natural atmosphere.Cons - the ground can be seen between the floorboards, this means very poor insulationl and it got very cold in December.- The floorboards creak. Alot. You'll hear your neighbor's every step.- The doors are flimsy and do not shut well.- The bathroom is external, and though private and large is exposed to some degree to the external elements. I liked it alot, but my partner did not. In any case, can get pretty cold out there at night.I wouldn't worry about safety, felt pretty safe to me.Bottom line, very good vibe but rudimentary services.
