We had a great overnight stay here at Bonder. The owner was warm and welcoming. He provided us with a map of the town, asked us where were going and explained how to get around. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable with clean and thick beddings. Bathroom was spacious with hot/cold shower. There is a common sitting area with complimentary fruits, bread, coffee and tea.We had a restful stay and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Mae Hong Son town.

There is everything you need in the room. I paid for a room with air conditioning and I got up in the morning several times and it turned off every time and there was also a power outage, which sucks, but overall a very nice place for the price

The room is terrible. Window to the fence. There are cracks in the walls, you can hear your neighbors. Terrible mattress and pillow made of wood. The owner is nice and friendly, this is probably the only plus I saw. I wanted to escape at night and look for better housing. The price is not very low for such quality.

When I was first assigned a room, I didn't like it and asked to change it, so they changed it right away. The owner and staff are friendly, and the building is a bit old, but clean and great value for money.

Rooms are old, ugly and poorly maintained, even not very clean. Mattresses that have lived, hard, a very hard pillow. No charm, no attraction. Not expensive but the low prices do not justify staying there. A bad experience happens and this is thanks to the glowing comments on booking which surprise us after spending a night in this guesthouse. You should especially avoid room 20.

Rooms dated and not very clean. Virtually no amenities in room 20 (no wardrobe or space for personal effects), mattresses that are worn out, hard as well as a very hard pillow. Bathroom door lined with an iron plate, dented and dirty. Very low maintenance. It's possible that other rooms are ok....no idea, we didn't get to see them.

Great experience for several nights in Mae Hong Son. The air con room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with great bedding. The in town location was convenient yet quiet. The owner speaks English well and he is very helpful. I would definitely stay there again and again.

Very nice hotel with a great location. Rooms with or without air conditioning. Kettle available with tea/coffee making facilities in room and outside, in the recreation area. It does not offer motorbike rentals. The owners are very friendly. I recommend.
