This place is Ryanair of hostels. No room between beds and they are charging for blanket. Whats next - you have to rent the key for the room you are staying in?

The website allows check-in times that are later than the desk is open. There is no after hours service, and I wound up sleeping on the bench out front all night because it was too late to book anywhere else.

The beds are comfortable, but no privacy curtains. It’s cold in pai so they monetize that by giving you a bed sheet as a blanket, knowing you will rent their blankets for 75baht. Location is okay but no water was available and they closed the doors early.

The worse hostel experience ever in my life, blanket has to be rented as per previous review, that why total price increase and they didn’t tell us. Plus everything is low budget fitted. Not recommend at all.

This was my third time there. I had a great time there every time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The terrace invites you to linger and it is very close to the walking street. Highly recommended 💛🙌

Don’t let all the horrible reviews scare you away. After excepting the worst from reviews we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms, beds and bathroom were clean. But no hand soap in the bathroom. Staff was decent.Weirdest thing- if you don’t want to shiver at night you have to pay 75B to rent a blanket.. & it can get quite chilly in Pai. But they give you a towel for the shower? So why no blanket??For some reason there’s no light switch in the room to turn off the main light, (I believe someone had to ask from desk around 12 to turn it off) it’s right above somebody’s bed…Common area was basic but cute!This hostel is worth it for how cheap it is .

Hmmm. Bed was cleaner than expected after reading some bad reviews. Bathroom was ok, just one toilet for 2 10 bed dorms though…… Also could use some soap at the sink instead of shampoo? Room felt super cramped but it’s a cheap stay so whatever. They should definitely fix the door to the room though, it’s suuuuper loud and pretty hard to open. Also there was this light right over my bed that I couldn’t turn off which sucked… booooo.Definitely not a party hostel though. I stayed at the start of busy season and no one was hanging out. Maybe they could add some cushions to the common area to make it more inviting?Also the “stay warm” rent a blanket thing was weird even for a cheap hostel. It’s kinda their one job to give people blankets.I feel like if they didn’t cheap out as much they could make this place super nice!Also the location is decent!

Had the worst hostel experience here in my life. Our room was a disaster, the toilet smashed after one use so our room stank the entire time. The manager (after trying to get a hold of someone for over an hour) was absolutely no help. We were offered no alternative room nor compensation. The reception also closes at 7pm so groups of people waited hours to check in as no one was answering reception or the emergency numbers. Awfully managed hostel with no party vibe at all, there are SO many better options in Pai. 1000% avoid bodega.

A shell of what it used to be. Definitely used to live up to its name but just became a shadow of itself. The party Location is still there, just no party. With an inflexible, mediocre friendly manager.The dorm rooms are big but empty without privacy. Decently clean but many mosquitos and very practical without any character or love for the rooms.Definitely recommend to go to another proper party hostel or chilled hostel, this is sadly just the bad side from both of them.

The rooms and shared bathrooms were very fresh and the staff were very nice. It is very centrally located.However, it said that it was a party hostel, but it wasn't much of a party. There was ping pong, beer pong and lots of board games, but I guess we went in the wrong season.

I have to say in advance that because of the Black Friday discount we only paid €4 per night, so of course you can't expect too much. Nevertheless, overall we were very dissatisfied with the accommodation. The hostel is purely a party hostel, no emphasis is placed on cleanliness compared to the volume of the music…When we arrived we were given a towel that was yellow and smelled. There was no soap or toilet paper in the room.We were there when our room was “cleaned” after several days. The thin fleece blanket is not washed after a guest checks out but is simply sprayed with perfumed spray and folded to keep it looking fresh. The bed sheets remain unwashed for the next guest!!There is a locker per person that is significantly too small for luggage storage, which is of course particularly stupid when the room door is difficult to lock.The location and the friendly staff are positive. Unfortunately, friendliness doesn't help if it's not clean and if you ask, the toilet paper won't be available again until tomorrow...For a good review you get a free drink, so I'm not so sure to what extent you can take the reviews seriously.

The hostel is really super hospitable and very pleasant to stay! The breakfast is great, the beds are comfortable and it was not too busy. I also fell off my scooter and when I returned I was immediately helped by the employees. They cleaned my wounds properly and booked a taxi to the hospital (also on their advice). Very positive!!

Expected nothing, still got disappointed.“Party” hostel? Never seen a party during our stay. Chill out area is nice, but no outside drinks and food allowed, so everyone hung out at this one lounge table in the driveway. Also - who’s idea was it to have the bathroom with just one toilet and shower inside of the 12 bed dorm? Since we were sharing it with 8 boys and the dorm and bathroom literally never got cleaned, we felt cleaner having no shower at all during our 3 day stay.Good: price, big chill out areaBad: everything else

Good place if you want to explore your boundaries of hygiene. The bathroom situation was concerning. The chill-out area was cool but unfortunately there were no parties at all.

Really cool place with a good atmosphere. The rooms are not soundproof at all and there are usually young people who make noise until the wee hours.When you shower, it wets all the toilets and the sink.If you can manage this then you will have a lot of fun!
