Service is mostly self-care.The appearance of the room looks a bit shabby. Because the first room has a shower. There is no hose pusher and shower handle. Another room The air conditioner is loud all night. It's sometimes annoying, but it's tolerable. Overall, it's considered fair. The photo was taken as a view from behind. Go during the rainy season. If you go during the cold season, It should be more beautiful than this.

We were doing the Mae Hong Son Loop on a motorcycle and sunset got to us when we reached Mae Sariang. We didn't have any reservations so we just looked up places to stay and picked The Good View. The rate was reasonable and its beside the river.We had a smooth check in and we're given a room downstairs that overlooks the river and a spacious, shared patio. There's 2 other rooms in our floor but they were unoccupied so we had a quiet stay.Thailand is blessed with so many trees and they have really good wood furnitures in this hotel. Our room was spacious and there's hot water in the bathroom. The downsides are (1) bathroom door was broken due to water damage and they fixed it by attaching a galvanized metal sheet at the bottom but the nails didn't hold the bottom part well because of the damaged wood (2) sheets are thin as well as the blanket.Birds greeted us in the morning, fresh air and a bit of fog. They have complimentary continental bfast at the lobby (coffee, bread, butter and jam). We had toast and coffee and drove off before 8am. Overall, it was a good stay.

This is wooden structure hotel. Entry Door has big gaps on the top ans bottom. Got bitten by a lot of mosquitos and saw insects (spider, cockroch & small insects) running around. Don't recommend it.

I liked the room for the price. It was quiet and had a nice view as it was located by the river.However, there was some difficulty with language communication with the staff.

Advantages: Good location, next to the water, inexpensive.Disadvantages: The room is old, not clean, broken equipment, no repairs. Employees don't care about customers. There is no hair dryer to borrow. The pillows are very smelly.

Great place to stay. Good value for money. Clean, comfortable room, the drain in the bathroom can smell a little sometimes, though.Free tea, coffee and toast in the morning.Great views from the common balcony.I'm a repeat guest, my go to place when staying.Staff can be a little stand offish, but I think that they are just a little shy.

This place isn't very new, but it's clean, the service is good, the atmosphere is good, simple, friendly, not too fussy, not overbearing, the owner is generous. I'm not praising it, but I'm very impressed. I highly recommend it.

We stumbled into the guesthouse while doing the Mae Hong Son loop last week. We were so exhausted after a whole day of riding and were so relieved to find this guesthouse in the late afternoon. We had a great stay, the room was clean and spacious. The view was really nice in the morning too. The owners were really friendly and helpful, they even offered to clean our muddy motorbike before we set off the next day.

We slept 350 a night in a separate room. There were only 3 rooms and the outside was very dark and scary. For this price, we think the room is not very good. Thin pillows, thin old blankets, cool air conditioner, the room is a little cramped, the room walls are made of plywood. The room froze and we could still hear each other talking.

We stopped at this charming little guesthouse while doing the Mae Hong Son loop. We just walked in and asked for a twin room and they gave us a good price. The staff were kind and accommodating and the views from our room and balcony were incredible. In the morning we sat with a cup of coffee and watched water buffalo drink from the river. It was a perfect stop for some rest and relaxation.
