This guesthouse definitely feels like home 😊The rooms and the kitchen everything is super clean and Steven the owner is so nice and super helpful with everything.The location is perfect, because you still really closed to town but in the night it is super peaceful and quiet. I can really recommend this guesthouse😊

This guesthouse is an absolute little gem of a find in Pai, can’t recommend staying here enough. We loved it and will definitely be back!Amazing value for money, kitchen facilities with free drinking water, cozy hang out spots, good sized rooms, comfy beds, private patio/balcony with nice views, cold A/C and hot showers – couldn’t ask for more!Stephen the owner is fantastic. Super friendly, really helpful, very accomodating and professional yet relaxed. You can tell he really cares and takes good care of his guests and staff to ensure the place has the nice vibe that it does. We just kept extending and ended up staying for around 3 weeks, felt like a second home and like we were al just good mates hanging out.If you can drive a motorbike, or don’t mind a short walk into town, it’s definitely worth the stay. Thank you so much Stephen 🙏

A perfect place to spend a few days in Pai. Very quiet and excellent quality-price ratio. Everything is easy and checking in is quick and easy. Close enough to the center to walk and far enough from the center to be quiet without noise.

perfect location, walking distance from walking street and a 2 minute bike ride,really helpful owner and lovely relaxed vibe, room cleaned regularly, & good for laundry! been travelling 4 months and this place is for sure up there as my favourite :) i shall return for christmas🥳 10/10 recommend

Room unlivable beyond a few nights. Everything is damp and sweaty, a musty smell has invaded the room and all our belongings. Everything will have to be washed again in the next rental, at our expense. You have to run the fan day and night, even when you're away, otherwise everything rots. No ventilation or ventilation provided, and the aging building appears to be rotting on its feet. Don't trust the photos. It looks like it's abandoned, the place seems abandoned. Very unpleasant stay. Overpriced for what it is. I am a landlord myself and I would be so ashamed if I had to rent this to clients! Total abuse

It's the first time I've written a negative review but in this case I really feel like I strongly advise against this establishment. We found animal faeces in the bed, after kindly asking the owner if something could be done (change the room or at least sheets) he replied that no it wasn't possible at most he would have changed the sheets the next morning (our request was made at 8 in the evening after he had told us to call him for any need which was two minutes away from the guest). I find this whole situation to have been really really unprofessional this means doing your job really badly you can't give a damn and let your guests sleep in a bed full of excrement saying "this is the jungle experience" I have slept several times in places similar and I don't expect the cleanliness to be impeccable given that you are in nature but let's say that in the bed it is really unhygienic. In any case, the thing that was worst for us was not the mix-up (which can always happen) but the total refusal and indifference of the owner, which led us to have to leave the same evening with relative difficulty in finding new accommodation and spending double as we had already paid for 2 nights. I'm not even saying that the owner didn't even offer to refund us at least half, he kept the money and off he went. I have never encountered such indifference and such low professionalism. I recommend leaving this establishment alone and going elsewhere!

The place is very very nice! Super chill and quiet with lots of nature around and only 5 mins drive to the main streets.
Steven the owner is an amazing guy, really helped us with everything we needed and much more, only with good vibes and smile :). Thank you for everything will surely come again!

This place was awesome, exactly what I needed. Tucked in with nature, pai yard offers a chill atmosphere, not a party place but a place you can definitely enjoy your time. Wake up to nature, take your time and enjoy yourself. Its a little piece of heaven. Stephen, who runs it, it a legend. Really can't recommend this place enough. I booked 4 nights, stayed 14. Rooms avaliable for all budgets. My little thatched hut was perfect.
