Good value for money.The rooms are simple and basic, but everything is comfortable. The beds were clean and the air conditioning worked great.The staff are lovely. A person tried to scam us by claiming a fake scooter accident, and fortunately the hotel staff came to help us and saved us from being scammed. A big thank you to them.

A fabulous place to stay whilst in Pai. We extended our stay due to feeling so at home. Friendliest and most helpful hosts. (Plus plenty of cute cats) They can help you organise motorbike rental and tubing experience. Laundry service available.Our room was perfect. Comfy bed, decent Aircon and hot showers too.Nice location just outside the busy centre. Great for running routes. 711 and petrol station close and only a 9 minute drive to the Pai Canyon.

I've been traveling by bike around Thailand for many years and staying in different guesthouses. I am tolerant of various shortcomings of budget options, but some cannot be excused. Guys, the floor in your room is collapsing under your feet! This is too much. I had to walk very carefully. And secondly, the bed stinks. I don’t know what exactly - the mattress or the pillows, but it was very unpleasant to sleep. This flaw is very rare and I cannot forgive it. This was the worst overnight stay of my entire trip. I will keep silent about the other shortcomings; they are insignificant, but they also exist. I rented a separate bungalow for 400 baht, March 2024.

Cheap price. Fairly quiet setting. On the other hand, the double room is horrible. Cold shower and toilets outside (with mosquitoes). The bed is not comfortable. Laundry not clean. No small trash can in the room. The door only closes with a small padlock (so not very secure). The insulation of the room is terrible, you can hear everything that happens outside and the rooms next door. I do not recommend this establishment.

Very nice reception and tuktuk service.The standard of the houses leaves a little to be desired, but for the price it is great.The location could be closer to the center, but combined with a tuktuk provided by a very nice guy from the reception, this place is worth recommending.

DO NOT STAY HERE! NOT WORTH THE MONEY! January 2024. Before you get too excited about the name, its not even close to a resort, its an Absolute run down Asian ghetto hole that's actually unhealthy too because of how dirty the room was (old ratty carpet looked like hadn't been vacuumed), and so much mould rotting the floorboards beneath our feet in bathroom we're breathing in all night getting sick!I was getting bit by bugs all night and scratching while noisy trucks/scooters passed by also waking me up. No, earplugs don't work. No real toilet paper in bathroom. Nothing smells clean. Disgusting strong sour and mould smell. Oh, then smelling the pollution from the road when I open the window to get the air circulating, and of course that makes the noise worse...Ya it's cheap, but it's definitely NOT WORTH saving like $5 a night. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This RUINED my vacation in Pai! We looked for another place ASAP.

Our stay at the campsite was 5 nights, in the fixed tents at the end of everything. If you balance the price with the place, for us it is correct, things are old but everything is clean. For us this place has been very special and we loved it. Above all, the people there have treated us very well, a good family.

The good things:The place is very quiet and nice. The family that runs the business is pure love, always willing to help. You have coffee, powdered milk and hot and cold water available throughout the day (there were also bananas on the last day!). It is also very useful that there is a fridge.On foot you are half an hour from the town but by motorbike it is two minutes.The not so good things:The mattresses in the metal tents are very hard (despite that, we slept there for 4 nights and we're fine!).The facilities could be cleaner and looked after (kitchen, toilets...).Even so, for the price it's very good and we would repeat for sure! :)

This was probably the worst "hotel " in Thailand I've stayed at so far. Everything looked like nobody has taken care of the bungalows for years. The bathroom was moldy, showers had almost no water pressure and the beds should've been replaced years ago. The bathroom floor was dirty. Never again.

We rented a bungalow for 2 nights. The facility is pretty run down. Chairs on the terrace were broken and nails were sticking out of the seat. Broken tables. The mattress was sagging. Bed cover and sheets broken and partly dirty.It was the worst overnight stay of our 4 week vacation.Not recommended.
