Room good but noisy. You feel like you're living in the restaurant, there's live music in the evenings... and that too from the bar next door!!!

The room they offered me had no windows and was closed with a padlock, considering the cost requested, I gave up and changed hotels. Agoda was very correct in refunding me immediately

Overall good experience. The room and bed were very comfortable and spacious. You will read in other reviews about the noise at night from the restaurant or surrounding bars and it is all true but is generally overblown in my estimation. You are staying in the heart of the action, so you shouldn't expect to have a quiet night though by 12 am it will quite down. Get out and enjoy the community and meet some fellow travelers.The restaurant is pretty good, with the star being the pizza.The only issue I had was that at no time during my stay did any of the friendly staff ask to clean my room or change out my sheets.

There is a night market right in front of the street, so you won't have any trouble finding food. However, there were so many people passing by that it was difficult to get there by car after the evening. Due to its convenient location, there are many nearby bars and restaurants, so it may be a problem for people who are concerned about noise.The room is very clean and the shower and toilet are also clean. The cleaning was perfect and I felt comfortable. The lamps and objects in the room were so cute and I could feel the attention to detail.By chance, there was no electric kettle in my room. However, since I had teacups and instant coffee, I went to the restaurant attached to the hotel and got some hot water.Are you attentive or not? It was an interesting hotel, including everything.

Perfect location and perfect bedroom!There is also a restaurant on the first floor, so it is very comfortable.To sum it up in one word, this place is number 1 in Pai!

Nice decent room at the end of the busy walking street. We booked a triple (family) room which was located on the 1st floor inside the resturant. Was hard to locate because there was no reception or lobby as they are part of the restaurant. The room has a strong sewage smell that was totally unbearable, not sure if there was a leakage from the room's toilet or was it from the restaurant's public toilet besides. It was hard to access to the door if diners sat in front of the door.

The room itself is nice and the location is great although the noise from the restaurant below was going till after midnightI was charged 1290 bahtI bought the room in person and I just wish they would have told me about the noise

Place is nice and interior of the room. As well, it is in great location. However, it is hard to go to sleep as you can hear everything what is going on inside the kitchen and main street.

Good for people who want to stay up late at night. However, if you come in a little early (after dinner) and try to rest, you won't be able to rest. I couldn't sleep because the music coming from the bar run by the hotel was so loud. The music stops after 10pm.And never, ever book a family room. It is connected to the restaurant on the first floor and the restaurant bathroom is next to it, so the bathroom smell comes in and the music is too loud.We run a hotel and a restaurant together. Our priority is the restaurant. Hotel guests are left behind. I think it would be because the restaurant's income is large.Second floor room. It's ok for people who come home late after playing and sleep well.The staff are friendly. The room design is also good, so 2 stars.

A nice place to stay, as it is the most happening corner of Pai. The only issue was that there is noone available at reception in the night and till 8 am in the morning. So if you need anything during those times, then its an issue. …

Great location. Located right in the heart of Pai and a few minutes walk from the minivan station. Everything you could want or need is a mere few minutes walk away. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
