There was no air conditioner. We waited two hours for them to try to fix the air conditioner and it didn't work, we sweated for two hours and she sent us to another room, even where the air conditioner didn't work.In the meantime we are drying in the sun and sweating.When we said I was canceling the room, she yelled at us that we had an hour to pack our things,Water in the toilet does not go down.Location is not as good as it says.A place of horror, do not approach!

The receptionist (works all the time!) is just completely crazy and I'm not exaggerating, the most unserviceable, gets angry in seconds, something delusionalEveryone staying at the hostel says that.I arrived and the air conditioner didn't work and when I came to ask for it to be fixed she just screamed at me.In addition, the water in the toilet did not go down, the cabin was dismantled and at a really bad level.I really really don't recommend. I left in the middle of the night to another hostel after she cursed me and of course demanded full payment.

The main entrance is not specified. Next to the walking street, told them to come in after 10 p.m. When they left at 4.30, they told them to go home. In conclusion, I didn't get a break and had to find a new one. The aunt cut the call and didn't care.

Went to stay several nights but was able to stay only 2 nights. Overall location is ok. The bridge is a bit scary. The room is quite old, has a musty smell, has cockroaches, and the door is difficult to open and close. There is no drinking water provided in the room. There is no drinking glass provided. The bathroom is really spacious. But the water system is very bad. The water flows little while taking a shower. The water stops in the middle of the bath. The toilet water rarely flows or when taking a shower and opening the sink to wash hands. The bathing water will stop flowing and become cold. The owner is very bad, told the problem but was told to go stay somewhere else. You already know the problem with the water system. If there are a lot of people staying, there won't be enough water to use. Use bad words, extremely bad, no good mind service. As for the money not being refunded, that's okay, it's considered an experience purchase. My experience was so horrifying. I don't regret the money, but I feel extremely disappointed.

We had a very nice stay here. Friendly hostess. There are many different price ranges for houses. We chose the cheapest (250 baht per night) and stayed here for 4 days / 3 nights.

Don't get there!The location written is incorrect. The real location is a 20 minute walk from the written location. Located behind the river, full of mosquitoes. old cabins. But the worst - disgusting hosts, when we tried to talk to the hostess about the location, she gave us a three finger. There is no attempt to help, no caring. She didn't agree to refund our money or even talk to us, we just walked away.

Arrived at night, the location on Google maps and the real location is completely wrong. When we called the staff screamed at us to go find another place when we asked if someone could help us find the hostel. So we did.

The pin on Google Maps is entirely wrong, placing it on Walking Street next to the temple. The resort was probably in its heyday 15 years ago, but its dilapidated state added to the charm and blended with the smoky air quality.

Booked here for one night and there was no direction on how to book in . Ended up paying for taxi to get to hotel I did want to ride to after drinking . I'm sure the rooms are very decent but I never got to see inside

Despite reading mixed reviews about this place, we where pleasantly surprised by our stay! The area was ideal, 3 min walk from walking street. The room was so big, it had a bath and a shower and a tv! There was air con, and loads of storage for our belongings! When we arrived the gas had gone so there was no hot water but as soon as we notified reception, the lovely host came to change it straight the way! The grounds where so peaceful, we extended our stay as we felt so relaxed. Our cottage was the superior cottage, it had its own private balcony which was lovely to relax on in the evening! There is a bike shelter. The bridge leading over to the rooms could be a bit off putting for some, but it’s all part of the experience and by the end of our stay it felt like second nature! Would 100% recommend this place, especially for couples who was a tranquil stay whilst being so close to all of the action of Pai!

I had confirmed booking through Agoda. When I arrived the lady at the reception told me I'm not on the list and she doesn't know about me, no room available for me. She was completely careless, just walked away. No care about me, no sorry or anything. I called Agoda support service and got a full refund.The bridge looks pretty nice, haven't seen the rooms.

Park is located along the river (great location!). You need to cross the river over a hanging bridge to get to you house. I've booked a 2 person cottage because it was cheap. Receptionist was nice and kind. However, the bathroom of the house needs a lot of work (leaking water in 2 different places, paint coming off, boiler not always working). Because of the location and low price I would say 4 stars.

A really bad place, bugs on the bed, spiders in the rooms, not clean and the managers of the place are not nice at all!They raised the price in the middle of the stay and didn't say anything until the end of the stayDo not recommend at all, stay away from this place!!!!

The host is a disgusting and screaming woman who really doesn't care about any problem she may have in the rooms and her immediate solution is to just leave because someone else will take her rooms I was in three rooms at her place and on the way I encountered giant spiders in the rooms, toads, lizards and snakes, just do yourself a favor and stay away

The TV can't be turned on in the room, there's no soap, there's a water bottle but no drinking glasses. Very confused. The door is difficult to close. The bathroom water flow is light and not very hot. Opened with a gas system, you can only get a beautiful view. The owner takes care of it as he pleases.

It's horrible!!!!1) upon check-in, I was able to check in only after 3 o’clock, although it is written that check-in is after 2 o’clock2) when booking I chose one double bed, but slept on a single bedIn fact, this cannot be considered a major disadvantage BUT3. Mattress, not comfortable, old, torn. There was an anthill inside the mattress (not under the mattress, but inside!!!!) red ants were biting at night4. The doors to the toilets are terribly crap.5. Entrance doors are also dirty.6. There is no sound insulation in the house7. Curtains do not perform their function in the evening. Everything is seen!8. There was no electricity late in the evening for a long timeIt was very unpleasant to be therein this house!The territory and location are wonderful, BUT it's not worth my sleepless nights!!!
