My first impression of the accommodation was a little disappointing, but the natural environment is very pretty and nice. A morning walk among trees and flowers that are hundreds of years old and a simple but thoughtful free breakfast make you forget everything. The staff are also very friendly.

Amazing place to relax! They use the hotspring water but the place is structured with three pools with different temperatures, a super hot one, a medium pool and a cold one. They offer massage as well and the place is very well cleaned and maintained.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I want to keep other people from waisting their time coming here to use the hotsprings. (We were not here as hotel guests). There are only 2 pools and they are both boiling hot and there is no place to cool down, even the shower is hot, which made me feel really faint. I was also shocked by the state of disrepair and the incredible noise and dirt of the place. The toilet has clearly not been cleaned in months, it’s full of animal poop. Absolute no go to let customers come in this state.

Absolutely love this place! A loyal customer for over a decade, I'm grateful it's still operating. The breakfast and Thai fried noodles at the restaurant are fantastic. Stayed in the riverside mountain-view cottage for several days, avoiding daytime visitors, and the 24-hour spa hot springs were a bliss. Highly recommend to friends who adore elephants – you can catch herds strolling and foraging nearby in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
