I recently stayed at this hotel in and was extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and service provided. Despite paying 50 euros / 1800 thb per day, our room was not cleaned, and we were not provided with fresh towels or water on a daily basis. When we asked the staff about this, they informed us that our room was too cheap to receive these amenities.This is completely unacceptable and unfair to paying guests. The staff also seemed disinterested in providing any assistance or addressing our concerns.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay in Koh Chang. The lack of basic amenities and cleanliness make it a poor value for the price paid.

Even if you don’t stay here eat at the restaurant. We spent 3 weeks on Koh Chang and kept coming back for the Thai food served here. The best on the whole strip. Friendly staff. Good beach chairs too.

This small family hotel is perfectly located right on the beach! The rooms are standard but clean and nice. Breakfast à la carte. It is the fourth time we have been here and we will come here next time as well.

The hotel fully corresponds to its level. Clean, comfortable, everything more or less works. There is no safe in the room. Minor aesthetic errors do not affect the overall impression. There are 60 steps from the room door to the sea (at high tide). We were pleased.

Definitely the worst accommodation price/performance on the island. Forget the daily cleaning, the room smells of mold (it also eats the bathroom door, see photo). There is a mess everywhere, the area around the rooms and the pool is crazy. The water in the pool is full of chlorine and it's close enough to burn a hole in your body. The only thing I appreciate is the location and the nice staff.

The family that operates Bamboo are very kind people also extremely helpful and attentive. The food is fantastic and the restaurant has the best view. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

We got the sea view room and it was amazing! The perfect sunset view, and we wake up everyday from the sound of the waves. Also friendly staff.
