A very budget place, in August 2024 the price was 400 baht per day.The room has a bed, refrigerator, kettle and air conditioning.There is not enough wardrobe and bedside table, but it is quite possible to live without them.The staff is cleaning up the area and preparing for the high season.The birds were throwing nuts from the trees, so loudly that at first I couldn’t sleep.It's a pity that the cafe is not open

Not recommend. This one is on the low end of so called beach resorts . Me I Had to escape asap, The attitude of the House care Receptionist Lady is not welcoming at all.

Reserved 3 rooms, but when I arrived I was told I had two air conditioned rooms and 1 fan. No call notification The employee took off his shirt and was confused. He said that he had sent a message and was disappointed that he did not receive any message at all. So why didn't you call? Wasting time having to find a new hotel Not enough car registration Plus a cancellation fee of 100% of the accommodation.

The place is really simple. Just rooms and restaurant with fire dance show every night. The receptionist is unfriendly. When we ask for water she said “go back to your room!”where’s her manner? I’m not sure if she speaks English properly or needs to be more polite to her guests. This place needs more amenities and maintenance. Other employees are nice.

Loved me being at this place. Such a shame the landlady was so miserable because of misunderstandings. Make sure your are very precise and take photos when she writes down when you're staying because she makes a lot of mistakes.

A little confused by all the good feedback here. I didn't stay at the place, I asked for the money back. Many thanks to the fact that the host agreed to cancel the stay free of charge and was otherwise flexible.When I arrived, the place was anything but what the reviews claim. The room was dirty! The cover of the refrigerator was full of thick dirt, the sheets had holes and the blanket was soaked. When I looked at the mattress it was full of food crumbs and dirt!It could be that there was a human error in the cleaning for me.. However, I recommend checking the room before paying.Otherwise, the location was great!

Great rooms, good size for 2 people. Good Aircon. The staff are super friendly and run a laundry service. Just next to a cosie beach. Well looked after. The water is super hot in the shower. Can buy locally made bracelets.

The bungalow is perfect! Comfortable bed, private bathroom included. The staff is very kind. The laundry service is great too. Frankly I wanted to try just 3 nights, I extended it by 5 because I was really good. The beach is just a stone's throw away with bar and restaurant and fire show every evening. When you're looking for something simple at a more than affordable price, this is the ideal place. The area, a minute's walk away, has everything you need, restaurants, shops, not too many tourists, scooter rental companies. The perfect place.

Pretty bungalows by the sea with a small beach bar and restaurant.Simple, basic, but perfect for a few days of relaxation on Koh Chang.Just need shelves to put our things on and it will be perfect.
