We stayed on Phi Phi Island for just one night and decided to stay in this Guest House. The place is easily accessible from the port and at a good price, we expected a modest room. We slept in a quadruple room, very old and poorly maintained. In the room it is not possible to adjust the air conditioner, which works automatically and shoots cold air at 24 degrees directly on the double bed or directly on the two single beds, depending on how it is positioned. In the room the electric current works only if the electronic key is inserted, if it is not inserted nothing works. So it means that it is not possible to charge the phone or attack anything that needs electricity. We spent a sleepless night: sleeping with the air conditioner pointed directly on the face made everyone sick, but especially my mother and my brother who spent the sleepless night in the bathroom. On the two single beds we found ourselves covered in dust coming out of the dirty filters of the air conditioner placed above our head. Sleeping without an air conditioner is not possible, it is very hot and means not being able to charge your mobile phone for the following day. The next morning we talked to the owner who remained totally indifferent and uncaring, without even bothering to simply apologize. She just made sure we didn't break anything in the room (it's hard to break something in a room where everything already falls apart). A star because we could not sleep (which is the only thing we wanted from this place) and for the owner, simply another Thai lady who has absolutely no interest on giving the minimum quality of the services provided, the tourists are only wallets with legs.Choose another guest house and enjoy Phi Phi Island in serenity. :)

This is NOT Dormsin. Do not listen to the owners, they will lie and tell you it is. It is NOT.They will charge you 300 BAHT to cancel your room - the room being old and not very nice looking (we made the mistake of giving them money before double checking).Very rude and unhelpful.

Bad, horrible place. They check your rooms when you're not there. They show you photos of rooms that don't exist. The owner is super distrustful. She doesn't have sheets or a TV. No hot water, very ugly place. I saw one person being discriminated against for being black, and another person being treated for being blonde and white.

Pictures of the rooms were far from reality. Our room smelled like cellar and there were no warm water unless you paid extra. The hostel was over priced, we booked two nights but only stayed one. We didn’t get the refund for the second night because the reception lady claimed that she didn’t have the money anymore.

Beware of scam upon arrival!The lady (very pathetic) asks us to cancel our reservation because there are no rooms!Afterwards she asks us to add 100bat per person for another room...We're stuck and we have no choice...As for the room, it's the worst hotel I've stayed in in my life... No hot water in the shower, broken air conditioning, cockroaches in the room and uncomfortable bed!A horror, we left after one night there!Even the dorms are better than this!

What to start with...Poor welcome, staff always on your backThe rooms are not air-conditioned, a fan is not sufficient for the heavy heat of the roomThe bed is as hard as a rock, no sheets and for blankets: a towel!!!Sewer rises in the bathroom, no hot water, ban on putting paper in the toilet (for poop it's great 😂)And the view overlooks a magnificent fence with lots of waste and clothes hanging in every possible and unimaginable place..Be careful to wash your feet in a tray provided for this purpose otherwise the staff will be behind to point it out.No way to sleep in, the staff kicked us out of the room to clean...The only positive side is that we are close to everything: shops, bars and the beach
