Disappointing Stay – Misleading "Upgrade" OfferI typically avoid leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, my experience at Kak Garden Inn left much to be desired. After a long day of travel involving a ferry ride and a 3-hour bus trip, my boyfriend and I arrived exhausted and eager to rest. Upon checking in, we were shown to a room and told, “sorry, it’s so hot.” We were then offered an "upgrade" for 100,000 IDR, which we agreed to, as we simply wanted to shower and relax.However, the "upgraded" room was identical to the original, with the only difference being that it wasn’t directly exposed to the sun. This felt like a deliberate tactic to charge more for the same accommodation. Additionally, the towels and linens appeared unclean, as others have mentioned in reviews.Given these issues, I cannot recommend this property, as it seems likely you will be pressured into paying for an unnecessary “upgrade.”

The location is close to everywhere, there is also a lot of halal food, the air conditioner is cold, there is a refrigerator but it's dead, everything else is okay, the buying is very good, the room was deliberately chosen at a lower price, the price is different but the quality is okay.I recommend that if you go to Bali on the last day to order here because it is close to the airport.Near Kuta beach, Discovery mall too

It's no wonder the prices are cheap with cheap service too, why don't we just stay there and leave the keys to the rental motorbike, this is the first time we've found a hotel in Bali with very cheap service, please make more corrections if you're looking for staff for the owner. That's really not the case. Let's stop at a hotel like this.

First time staying here and maybe the last time. Stayed here because it was only a 1 day transit and it was close to the airport. As long as I have visited Bali, this is the first time I have encountered hotel staff who were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I just wanted to leave the keys to the motorbike I rented because the next morning I checked out at dawn but the staff didn't want to accept the keys, for reasons that didn't make sense. Meanwhile motorbike rental is closed. Very annoying. Even the rooms are dirty, dusty and unkempt. Please improve the staff's service, they can't serve guests at all!!!

I usually try my best to give good reviews however I dont find a reason to do that here. I never go for luxury hotels however a minimum standard is not a crime to expect. The check in process was smooth however, the rooms were really poor in standards. The pillow covers and the sheets were not clean. The bathroom didnt have a washbasin! I have never encountered that before. The bathroom wasnt that clean as well with hairs here and there. There are also cats wandering in the corridor which is ok. However, the dishes left by the people are kept outside and the cat sometimes eats from that. So, if I were you I wouldnt order room service. I will never recommend this hotel. There are lots of other options so please go for that. You have access to supermarkets and other shops nearby. The parking space is also very limited.

I forgot to take pictures because I did not enjoy staying there. The staff (especially the receptionist) were really rude and never smiled since I was coming for checkin. The room is dirty like they didn't clean it for a long time. The bathroom was smelly and so dirty, even the door was broken. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. A week feels like a year.

In a good spot for food and shops as it is easy and close to get a taxi or bluebird, however the locals riding bikes can be easily heard in the mornings.
The rooms are nice and clean, bottled water is refilled daily and the reception people are very friendly and accommodating.

The place is right on the corner of the road. Quite close to the airport. Medium size room, around 4x4, facilities like hotels in general. But I didn't get hotel slippers. Stayed 5 days at room number 6. Every day you get mineral water + sugar + coffee + tea. The bathroom smelled quite musty and the walls of the room were leaking/wet.

Strategic location, lots of food, the staff are all friendly. The rooms are okay, clean, comfortable, but the sheets could be cleaner. Use Bayclin so the white doesn't look shabby. Towels are no longer suitable for use, so it's better to use them as mats.

Great, highly recommended, the rooms are clean and smell good, the atmosphere is calm and not noisy, the building is well maintained, the air conditioning is good and cold, strategic location 5 minutes to Kuta beach, friendly staff, prices are also relatively cheap, yesterday stayed 5 nights here, if on holiday to Bali will stay here again 👍👍

The rooms was not as advertised on Airbnb. Several water infiltration would make it dirty.No wash basin in the room, only shower and toylet.It's okay for budget stay, but you can find much better for that price.The staff is okay. Don't expect daily cleaning of the room, even if you rent daily.In the past, prior to COVID I been in much better places for a cheaper price, now after COVID many hotels are damaged.
