It is a very good hotel. I really like it. Convenient for people who like to tour temples. Near Wat Phra Singh, just walk a few steps. The hotel is opposite Wat Pha Bong, near 7-11, boots, Chiangmai cosmetic where I see a lot of locals buying things there, drug store, massage shop, anyone who doesn't like scanning to pay, there is an ATM nearby. and the Three Kings Monument which also has a museum. Museum hunters like us really like it. Hor Phra Khao school zone, made to order, very cheap The room is well decorated. The bathroom is beautiful and spacious. There is a cafe next door. There is also an electric car charger. The swimming pool is beautiful because there are shady trees around it. I saw that the hotel sells tours to customers who are staying and gives discounts as well.The employee at the front desk said that on Sundays there is Tha Phae Walking Street and the end of the market is right at Wat Phra Singh. But I didn't stay until Sunday so I missed it.All in all, everything is good. Will definitely come back to stay again.

A cost-effective hotel 1 minute from Old Town Wat Phra Sing. It's old, but well maintained, has a swimming pool, and is a cozy place to stay. There is no breakfast, but the attached cafe is famous for its good restaurants. It's cheaper to make a reservation locally.

Absolutely recommend if you are looking for a great boutique hotel right in the old city. Centrally located with all amenities super close. The cafe is a huge bonus. Pool was nice and cool. We can’t forget how amazing the staff were.

Not recommendable!If you're looking for noise, you've come to the right place! I've never experienced anything so loud! We were also very lucky to get a room by the stairwell, fantastic! Every step, every conversation, every door slam, we were there live! It's quieter on a campsite! The staff doesn't need to be friendly, they seem rather annoyed by mass tourism in Chiang Mai. Only the furnishings and cleanliness of the room were positive. Otherwise there are stark fluctuations in the water temperature - there are only hot and freezing cold! The bed is rock hard, no safe. We have never looked forward to a departure day so much, just as I look forward to the hotel's usual standard response ; )

Be careful, ultra noisy hotel overlooking a road with heavy traffic.The rooms, very small, are not at all isolated.In addition, the swimming pool, which almost overlooks the road, is wedged between two buildings, does not benefit from any sunlight and is very cold. Nobody ventures there. Disappointment and fatigue at the end of the stay. The reception staff is of no help with the slightest activity.

Pro:- Great Location: closed to Wat Pra Singha and Sunday walking street in walking distance.- Big and comfy shower room compared to room size.- If you’re looking for good coffee nearby I recommend “ Pimm’s Cup”Con:- No elevator ( there are 3 floors ) but staff will help you bring your luggage up to your room but this hotel might not be suitable for old people or people with disabilities.- Room is a bit dark there is only a small window near the door.- No balcony- Now Chiang Mai is under construction ( mostly old town ) putting all wires underground so there might be too noisy disturbing your stay.- No security or front desk at night which means everyone can get into the hotel due to the resort style ( just walk thru the garden and get in the building, no key card needed )

Enjoyed a wonderful stay. Nice room, enough space. The beds are very hard. There is air conditioning, which is very nice. The shower is fine, but the temperature changes continuously. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The towels are wonderfully large and soft. The location is great, you can do many things on foot.Le Panna Thai massage & Spa and café Zohng are recommended. 7/11 around the corner, really great!
