The price is around 800-900 baht including VAT. Depends on the date of stayThis round is a small room with a small bed. But the facilities and equipment provided include a hair dryer, hair cap, shampoo, soap, drinking water, a table for storing things + working, a TV, a refrigerator, and an open closet. It's not ugly, it's clean, the mattress is soft, comfortable to sleep on, no musty smell. The towels are thick but quite old and have no smell. There is no noise from outside. But the loudest sound is from the air conditioner in the room itself. I understand that the air conditioner is probably old. Because when opening Open but enough to check out Can't turn off the air conditioner, but overall I can sleep.Room cleanliness 10/8Atmosphere inside and around 10/9Price 10/6Convenience 10/8If you want to stay at a nearby hotel in Chiang Mai, I recommend another place that's nice to stay.

The 'TheXym' hotel is split into two sections with standard rooms at the front and smaller rooms at the back, I stayed in a smaller room for a couple of days and it was fine - a clean room with TV, fridge, aircon, water heater shower and separate balcony - at a very reasonable price of about B700..The XYM has a very comfortable common room and coffe shop. The interior decoration is very nice. It has a great location, opposite the old Chiangmai cultural centre, near Kad Manee night market and close to the airport and Airport Plaza.

The receptionist doesn't welcome guests at all. Or is it because you are arguing with someone?Customers complain that the bathroom smells very bad of water pipes. Please ask the housekeeper to check.

The room is in good condition, clean. The room came to stay at the end of 2023. The weather is cold too.Found room 103, xym mini side, water heater broken. I have read reviews on Agoda. Someone reviewed that there was a broken water heater. It was seen as a matter of fact by the employees. I didn't think I'd find it myself. This is about to be repaired. But it turned out to be broken. At the end of the year the room prices are not cheap. It should be a little better than this.

Opposite the hotel there is the Old Chiang Mai Cultural Center and the night market. There are supermarkets and cafes just outside the hotel. It is not far from the airport. The mini room is clean and does not have a bathtub. The water pressure of the electric water heater in the shower is OK. The walls are a bit thin and the air conditioner is a bit noisy. The bed is quite comfortable. It's nice to have space for washing and drying clothes. Stayed for two nights and received two bottles of water every day. A deposit of 200 baht is required upon check-in, which will be refunded upon check-out.

It's an experience of sleeping in a hotel for 750 baht.The worst in lifeCheck-in should be around 10 p.m. Between 11 p.m. and midnight, the air conditioner makes a very loud noise. At first I thought it would be quiet, but it wasn't. So I called Forn to ask if I could change rooms.But the answer I received was ‼️‼️1. The customer has already used the room. Must pay a cleaning fee of 400 baht.2.Rooms at the same full price Must upgrade to room 900, which requires additional payment by yourself.3. Try turning off and on the air conditioner again. If it's still not good, call to report it (you should come up and check a bit. not for customers to fix themselves)In the end, we chose to close our eyes and sleep.4. Blame the customer for not checking the room before using it. That is, people traveling are tired and just want to sleep. And who would have thought that the air conditioner would be loud later? (I saw a review from 4 years ago. I don't think it still is today.)Night shift male employee That is, the service is very bad.
