This is a hotel with extremely aweful service. Please think twice before you book. Someone was staying on the lower bed which I was assigned to and they didn't have other lower bed available thus they refunded me right after I checked in. And I needed to find another place to stay at late night. But they told Agoda that my booking was a no show so Agoda charged me. This is a very dishonest and irresponsible hotel, and they ignored my emails and refused to take the responsibility. They asked me to contact Agoda for refund and asked me to update them by 27 Sep 2024 because at their end they can't refund me. But when Agoda tried to confirmed with them, at the same time they still told Agoda that my booking was a no show. The worst thing is they ignored all the emails that I sent before 27 Sep. I hope this helps.

Nice hotel, clean. Good air conditioning. Front desk 24/7 and helpful. Breakfast included (minimal). Also you can use the laundry machine and dryer for 100 Bhat.Overall a good experience, I felt the bed is not comfortable enough.

The bed was a hole, each time it turned and the sound of the springs made a loud noise. Mine was lying on the roots of a tree. There were only spring lines and it was not soft, so it was uncomfortable. Waking up with a sore back and neck, is it better to sleep on the floor?

Not just a two star hotel but also a hostel! On Agoda they give it 3 stars! I stayed here for one night for myself and my family and they gave us a room for four people with a very large double bed and a queen size bed for the boy with a living room with table, sofa, television, sink, microwave oven, refrigerator, basically everything you need. (1 x Executive King Size Bed - Non-Smoking). Fairly clean premises 7/10 although I have seen better, but much much worse. Breakfast is included, you prepare it yourself. They tell you light breakfast, but there is ready-made rice, eggs, vegetables, and jam with the bread. Possibility to make yourself tea, coffee and chocolate.Very pleasant place and with the great Plus of having free bicycles to use! We were all very happy and the price is very reasonable.Highly recommended also considering the low price.

The hotel is very clean and was in a great location for the night market. It is possible to borrow bicycles for free, a very convenient way to get around the city. The staff is very kind and the breakfast offered in the common area includes eggs, rice, bread and jam, tea and coffee

Rooms, mattresses, clean blankets, there is an elevator and a washing machine. Clothes dryer service The hotel is opposite Wat Loi Kroh. Walk across the road to reach the temple. Beside the hotel is a night street. Many beer bars There is also a Thai massage. It's good that there is no disturbing music at night. I sleep comfortably. There is self-service breakfast. On the 1st floor, behind the lobby, there are several sets of seats where you can sit and work. There is 1 television to watch and a sofa to sit and watch comfortably. Overall, I like it. Just a small request: the bathroom in the room has gas from the pipe pushing up and smells musty from time to time. The person staying here doesn't have a car. Use a service car. Whoever drives, please ask for parking first.

THIS HOTEL HAS SERIOUS HEALTH CONCERNS. I spent 5 nights in this hotel. I kept getting sicker and sicker with each night. On the last night, I couldn't take it anymore.I decided to check the air conditioner to see what's up. The thing is the hotel disables the functions on the air conditioners, besides the on/off button. The air conditioner flow was blowing directly on my face and I couldn't adjust anything.I stood on the bed and opened up the air conditioner filters -- to find the inside a complete mess! It looked like this machine hasn't been cleaned for 3 years! This is almost criminal to be so irresponsible by making guests sick like this. The dust and mold on the filters and inside the machine was so thick and caked on! So, I cleaned the filters myself with the shower, with the thick gunk just layering the floor. Then I tried to sleep. Unfortunately, the room was now so full of dust I was left almost vomiting.5 days later, and I am still suffering and on antibiotics. I had to suffer and forced to spend money on medicines due to staying here. I had constant headaches, coughing, temperature off, runny nose, so much phloem, so weak.I showed the hotel staff the pics upon check-out and so sick. They said I should have shown them earlier, and they wild have cleaned it themselves. Nonsense. You need to bring the aircon workers in to service/clean your air conditioners every 6 months to 1 year.It ruined my stay in beautiful Chiang Mai, really. Besides that issue, your hotel is of great value, with polite staff.And you have some nerve disabling the controls on the air conditioners. I couldn't change it to a low fan or even move the swing to not blow all that dust and moldy air on my face.Loyy Hotel -- get your act together. You are making your guests sick!

At first glance, it seems like a good hostel, but the staff support at the breakfast venue is very poor. There's always burnt eggs left in the frying pan, and salt and sugar that won't harden due to moisture.Where are you looking...The bed was a two-story pipe bed, and the one on the bottom shook a lot when I turned over.I think the screws are loose.A bad hostel.

Arrived at the accommodation and the room had not been cleaned yet. Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. but we arrived at 4:00 p.m. and still had to sit and wait. It is a very bad action for customers who come to stay here. When I told the lobby staff, they spoke badly. and no apologies This one time is enough.

The CP value is very high. It is very close to the night market and the ancient city. There are bicycles that can be borrowed for free. If you want to self-service, it is a good choice. You can cook breakfast yourself for free. I highly recommend his cooking course. Two dishes only cost 200 baht. We went to the wet market to buy vegetables, and the teacher also treated us to dessert. Very good stay experience.
