Service sucks. Bathroom with no lights. Asked to fix it but no one came. It says it has breakfast but it is only bread and jam nothing more. Room is very small. TV not working. Also no elevator so you have to carry your luggage by YOURSELF if your room is not on ground floor. Only good thing is the location.

The owner and his assistants or co-owners are very rude. Initially they didn't want to show the rooms but we were desperate as it was the weekend and we needed a place to stay. We were 6 and there are 2 available rooms good for 2, so we bargained if we can get 3 people in one room, the owner agreed for an additional price which is fair. No receipt was provided. Since we are 6, we have a lot of luggage so we asked if we can leave the luggage since the check out time is 11am and our flight is around 8.40pm, the owner agreed. Come check out time. The owner's co-worker/assistant asked us to leave and were shouting at us that they don't have enough space, and the owner was there just hiding and not showing his face after promising that we can leave our things. If we're going to talk about the place, the room was too small just good enough to stay and take a shower on. I think it was decent enough our only complain is the owner. toasted bread for breakfast with Jam and a few sachet of coffee not enough for all the guest. Water is provided to everyone tho.

Disastrous hotel.Avoid at all costs! We booked several nights in this hotel. When we arrived in the morning, the person at the entrance to the building (because there is no reception) was immediately very unpleasant and spoke practically no English. We had to deal on the phone with the manager who hung up on us when we asked if we could check in before 3pm.We then asked if we could at least leave our bags but we quickly understood that there was no room to store them and that the person at reception would not be there to monitor them.At 3pm we arrived for check in but there was no one at reception, our key was left within everyone's reach at the entrance to the hotel, with the information that breakfast would be taken between 8am and 10am.The hotel room was in a pitiful state (dirty sheets, damaged walls, traces of mold in the bathroom, etc.).The next morning, no one at reception at 7:45am. We wait outside until 8 a.m. because there is no way to sit inside. We then wonder where the breakfast room could have been.At 8 a.m. the receptionist arrives with a bag. We go to meet her but she ignores us, doesn't say hello and makes a phone call, handing us 2 pieces of bread that she had just taken out of her bag.It was too much, we asked her to speak to her manager (between 2 insults that she threw at us when we explained to her that it was not acceptable to treat customers like that). The manager, equally unpleasant, justified this meager meal by telling us that the hotel was under construction. We then explain to him that we cannot stay in this hotel and ask for a refund of the nights already paid. He refuses, laughing in our faces. After a long and exhausting conversation, we understand that we will not win our case and decide to leave this hotel...

AVOID! OWNER IS COMPLETELY INSANE AND THE ROOMS ARE TERRIBLEWell this is my first review on here because this was a total nightmare stay and I want to warn others to stay away.Currently writing this from a Police Station in Seoul following a fight that broke out between the hotel manager and a couple who were disgusted with their room and just wanted to leave but the owner demanded money, threatened police then got aggressive. A very bad fight broke out leaving guests terrified so I called the police and was asked to make a statement. So I arrived at this residence to find no one at the 'reception' which is just a desk in the corner saying 'out of hours' and my key stuck to a note asking me to contact and pay tomorrow morning, it was not even late at night when I arrived. No welcome at all. When I finally found the owner after sending an email asking where he was he appeared, took the cash and made me sign a document. First impression of this man was awful I immediately felt uneasy. The room smelt of damp, bathroom dirty, bodywash had been watered down!! A small towel. I requested a double bed which was in fact two SINGLE beds together. And it was a horrible bright red interior. At night time I could heae so much noise from other guests and the plumbing system and struggled to sleep.I asked for a refund and was denied.I booked this hotel thinking it came with breakfast, I searches for a canteen to no avail, it was only on the third day i noticed a miserable looking woman holding a plastic bag by reception with some bean paste buns and she shoved one in my hand. The manager questioned if I had a friend stay over in my room and said I should pay a fine, this was totally false as I had a friend meet me at my room not stay the night. Following out altercation i returned to my room to notice the electrics had gone. It was this point i really realised he was a psycho, surely not coincidence. I confronted him and he gave the same psychotic smile whilst stating I would have to wait a while for the technican. I went downstairs searching for a place to charge my phone and heard his voice 'what are you doing, this is the last time I tell you DO NOT go down stairs' very aggresively and he told me he doesnt have a charging facility I can use. By this point I was very afraid of him and decided to leave. Then I met the couple who had an altertacation with him and things got very crazy. We found out at police station this happens frequently. I couldnt even get my deposit back.PLEASE DO NOT stay here this man is insane and seemingly dangerous. The worst stay of my life and I warn people to stay away.
