Considering the New Year's Eve price, I overestimated my expectations for this property. If the price is not good enough, it is really easy to be disappointed.The cleanliness of the room is not high, there is no air conditioning in the bathroom, there is no sink in the toilet, and there are no rags in the kitchen. The toilet and bathroom doors were broken. We came here to repair them once but there was no improvement. There is a huge lazy bone in the storage room next to the bedroom. It is so dusty that it is impossible for the child to lie on it. When the kitchen is open, there is almost no space to prepare ingredients, and the sink is too small.The four-person room only has two chairs and a small square table. There is no laundry basket, and there is no ideal place to dry the clothes after washing. Only the feeling of sleeping is comfortable, and other overall life functions are difficult.It is far away from Asakusa Station. The closest Asakusa Station is the Tobu Line, the Ginza Line is the second, and the Asakusa Line is the farthest. Walking is quite tiring, and carrying luggage is even harder. You can take bus 64 or a taxi.The service team deserves to be rewarded. Although it was through the messaging system of the booking app, the reply was very timely and polite. Although not all the room problems reported were solved, they also sent fruit to express their apology. Their attitude is commendable. It's just that the quality of the guest rooms still has room for improvement.

I am leaving a review because I think it is not a hotel and is not well known.The only downside is that it's a bit far from the station, but it was only a little over 10 minutes, so it was worth walking. There's a Lawson and a 7-Eleven nearby, so it was easy to stay, and it's close to a major road, so I'm not particularly scared when I go back at night after finishing my trip.Four friends stayed in one room for 4 nights and 5 days, and the room was very comfortable. The room looked exactly like the photo posted on the accommodation site. If you have any questions, they kindly respond almost immediately. It would be fastest to ask in English.I made a reservation through Agoda. You will receive a link to the guidebook in an automatic message, but at this time, the link is masked and you cannot see it. When you inquire with the staff, please tell them that you would like to receive the guidebook by email.I don't know why, but the Wi-Fi disconnects often. Feel free to go with a SIM card with unlimited data.
