LUXE TECH VILLA ASHITOKU（ラグジュテックヴィラ芦徳）

I love this location by the sea, and when I was looking for a hotel, I came across Koyo Hotel and am grateful that I had a very satisfying stay. I would like to use it again on my next trip to Amami Oshima.

Although it was a new place and I had high expectations, there were some disappointing points.good pointsStylish, clean, and less insectsUnfortunatelyThe bathroom was smelly (probably sewage?), the wall was open in the bedroom, and I couldn't find my way to the beach in 30 seconds so I gave up.

Barrier free?We are a senior couple who have traveled to the main island of Okinawa, the Yaeyama Islands, the Kerama Islands, and other remote islands.This time, we will be landing on Oshima in the Amami Islands for the first time, following Yoron Island, where we spent the night the previous night.It takes about 15 minutes to reach the inn from the airport by renting a car while looking out over the east coast.There are three types: Cool Modern (28㎡), Asian Taste (32㎡), and Family Type (43㎡).We checked in to Asian Taste.First of all, there is a parking lot on the premises, but it was difficult to carry a carry-on bag due to the gravel.Couldn't they at least make the flow line to the hotel concrete? Is it?My wife brought me two bags and I was grumbling...After checking in using AI, there are only stairs to reach the second floor of the guest room.I was once again grumbling about how I wish there was a slope even if I was saving space.The interior of the guest room is stylish and gives a good impression.The minimum amenities were available, but for some reason, only one day's worth of drip coffee was available. (consecutive nights)Well, let's call this aegyo.The view from the balcony is thick with trees, so the resort feeling is ZERO.Well, I knew this beforehand, so it wasn't a problem.The family type (capacity 4 people) is equipped with a bathtub and kitchen, but the main twin room only has a shower booth.However, despite the unnecessarily spacious toilet, the shower room was difficult to even move around in.Hmm...Barrier-free is still not necessary! We are proud of ourselves, but I wonder if we will visit again ▲♯○♭×◼︎. .(July 2024)

It was a very luxurious and cute room with a modern and relaxing interior!I was able to go to the sea right away, and I was able to enjoy the private beach!Showers and washing machines are also available, so it's great for playing in the sea!I would definitely like to use it again when I come here again!

It's just been built, so it's new and clean.An unattended check-in system.It will be smoother if you complete all the registrations when making your reservation.The rooms are spacious and have plenty of amenities.There is also a coin laundry that does not require detergent (500 yen per use), and there was also a table in the room to dry laundry and swimwear. Of course, there is also a dryer in the laundry.However, there are no pajamas, so please bring your own.From the moment I entered the room, I could smell the nice scent of cypress, and the air conditioner worked well, making it comfortable.Another plus point was that the water provided was from Zaiho Onsen.To get to the sea, cross the road opposite and go through the forest. It's about a 3 minute walk.There was no one on the beach.The refrigerator in the room also had a freezer.I was able to buy ice cream.

It feels like a clean and spacious airbnb, so you can feel at home. Please note that there are no pajamas and only a shower.My room was on the first floor, so on the second day it was very noisy because of the footsteps of people on the upper floors.I could hear footsteps outside, and I don't know if it was because the building is susceptible to vibrations or because the footsteps were just too noisy, but it was so annoying that I wouldn't want to stay there again...

This is a beautiful hotel near the sea.We are currently building a new building!This is an increasingly fun facility.

It's tucked away in a hidden spot where no one else comes, so you can have a very quiet time.The beach is also right in front, 1 minute walk.It's also convenient that it's close to the airport.The fourth room is recommended.There is a kitchen and cutlery is provided, so you can buy local ingredients at the nearby supermarket and cook!
