Absolutely goated, you can manspread while using the toilet, staff are nice and helpful too. Location is a little inconvenient but there are some nice places to look around nearby and many konbinis/groceries.

We stayed at this hotel in June-July of 2023. The room was large and very comfortable for our family of five, and wheelchair accessible for our daughter’s power wheelchair. We stayed on the ground floor so the small elevator was not a problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. We loved the quiet, non-touristy vibe of Kagurazaka, and found several nice bars and restaurants in the area that we really enjoyed. If we ever make it back to Tokyo we would definitely stay here again!
