The walls were thin and the room next door was so noisy from 2am to 6am that I couldn't sleep! At a level where your voice can be heard.A hotel in a rental corner.Convenient location near the station! The front desk is located in a different location, about 2 minutes walk from the hotel.A deposit of 10,000 yen is required at check-in.You can get your money back when you check out.It may be difficult for people with carry-on cases unless they are on the first floor. When I went inside, it was clean and there was a washing machine, which was very convenient! The floor didn't seem to be cleaned properly as something got stuck to my foot...There was no chair under the desk, which was a little inconvenient. The bath is very small, so you can stand up and make the most of the space. They don't come here to change towels. If you leave your used towel outside, they will take it with you, but they won't leave a new one for you, so you have to go all the way to the front desk to get it.It was not explained to me at the beginning and I ended up having to go to pick it up all three nights, which was very troublesome. The front desk doesn't seem to be open during the night. The neighbor next door was noisy and when I called, there was no answer.A hotel I don't want to stay at again.

Rooms are ok but quite small, check in counter is at a different building, around 1 min walk away.. bed is nice and soft and could sleep peacefully without noises from other guests (i don’t understand the other reviews about noises). Good location near restaurants and convenience stores.

A bit of a walk from shinjuku station, but the hotel was cheap and the rooms were nice. The check in was a bit confusing at first, as you have to walk around the block to check in but it wasn't too bad and the workers were nice and helpful.

Rooms are serviceable, like most hotels they are deceptively small. Be sure to turn on hot water with the wall-mounted device by the sink!! You can adjust the temperature threshold with it as well. Again, the rooms are actually deceptively smaller than the pictures - though you probably won't be spending a lot of time in your hotel room. No natural light. Laundry machine is in the room, but no dryer so you may want to plan for air-drying when you can. The location is perfect (despite what looks like an illegal garbage dump outside the hotel) you are very close to the beating heart of Shinjuku. Truly amazing location with great bars and restaurants and not far from shopping. Very close to station. Highly recommend if you're going adventuring - if you are not planning on spending the day exploring then this hotel may not be for you.

I really don't recommend it..Pros: Location close to the station..? But there are so many better hotels with the same advantages.disadvantage:1. There are a lot of cockroaches. I caught one in the bathroom the night before, and two more came out of the washing area the next day.2. The alley in front of the hotel is very dark. There was a lot of trash and it felt unsafe. Unknown traces in the unusable second-floor attic made use more uneasy. (Photo attached)3. There is no soundproofing at all. You can hear everything that is being said without having to put your ear to the wall.I only stayed for one day and couldn't stay any longer so I checked out and didn't receive a full refund. I felt like I was using the employee as a shield and avoiding contact. This accommodation feels more like an inn than a hotel, and I hope that anyone who reads this review avoids this place as there are much better places for the same price. It was a great trip even if it wasn't near Shinjuku.

The area was very littered. The rooms were ok. It was very loud at night with the windows open. And since it's one of Tokyo's party districts, there are a lot of snap corpses.

A good place for backpackersFor tourism, the double room is very narrow. If you don't live in the main building but live on the second floor, it's a pity that there is no elevator and you need to carry your luggage to the second floor. The sound insulation is not good, you can hear voices, but the passengers you encounter are quiet. The environment is very clean, well-equipped, and the transportation is convenient. It only takes 2-4 minutes to walk to the JR line.

The decor and location of the hotel is nice, but there were some unpleasant aspects.A deposit of 10,000 yen is required at check-in.If you accidentally break something in the hotel, you will have to pay compensation for the damaged item, except for this 10,000 yen.As a business owner, I understand that you want to protect your facilities, but I feel like hotels are purposely leaving breakable items in rooms and letting guests use them. All things in the room must be taken care of.Also, you may have to wait a while when checking out.The reason is probably that the staff can go to your room and check it, and if they find something broken, they can immediately request compensation. For now, the overall feeling is normal. This is my impression after considering the pluses and minuses.Advice to those who have booked: When you enter the room, use the camera to check the condition of everything.
