An ideal location for this hotel which does not lack the advantages of being in one of the lively districts of Tokyo and in the quiet of an alley.There are all the amenities to have a good time in Tokyo.As another traveler reported, you can have the chance to hear Japanese practicing baseball in the morning but it is rare.The hotel offers convenient services such as laundry and drying of clothes.I had packages of Japanese products delivered to me and I received them without any problem.I was even lucky enough to have a French receptionist who gave me great restaurant recommendations.The value for money is excellent 👌I will come back with great pleasure.

Small room, perfect for one person with a large suitcase. No elevator, but the staff is very helpful. The best part is the location! It’s in a quiet area of Shinjuku, but just a short walk to Shinjuku Station. It’s also close to restaurants and convenience stores, where you can use luggage delivery services.

The location was hard to find because it was in an alley. It was a little scary for a woman to go alone because it was in an alley. But the owner was very friendly and the hotel was good value for money. The room was so small that it was difficult to open a 24-inch suitcase.

Good rooms with air con. Reception is super nice. I came in drenched from the rain, they helped dry me off, carried my luggage and gave me an umbrella. The location is unmatched. Have been here many times and will always come back here when in Tokyo. Thank you 🙏

I've been here a few times now, and I really like it.It's close to Shinjuku Station, there's a convenience store, and you can check in without meeting anyone.The room looks good as long as you don't have to worry about cleanliness.There is a hair dryer, bathrobe, kettle, and kitchenette.

Its location is one of the best you can find in Shinjuku, its literally just a 2min walk from Takashimaya Times Square which is just outside Shinjuku Station New South Exit.The staff are very attentive and you can converse with them in english quite easily. Out of all the hotels I contacted, they are the only one who allowed me to leave my luggage as I checked out but I will check back in again the next day because I will be staying in and overnight hut in Mt. Fuji.On the rooms, as with other similarly priced hotel rooms in Shinjuku, it is quite the same as well. Its not as big, specially if there will be two of you. It is clean though, and the aesthetics of each room is very interesting and unique. They also have some sort of antique mini museum on the reception. The toilet is clean though it doesnt have a bidet.Overall, very highly recommended hotel just based on the location alone.

Very small room (wasted space between door and bed made the room feel smaller than it's square footage) as everyone has indicated but keep in mind the price point and its location. It's a few blocks from Shinjuku station and less than $100 per night. About two blocks away there's a Family Mart and 7-Eleven. The bathroom of course is very small no Japanese toilet. Otherwise it meets all the needs for a simple stay. Owner is very responsive, laundromat onsite and FO staff were friendly. Recommended for basic no frills accommodations and excellent location.
