I used this hotel several times for more about 100 nights totally. During evenings and mirnings it is quiet place, walkable from overcrowded noisy Asakusabashi stations (both JR and metro). Next to the hotel is Family Mart and supermarket is over the street. I liked to walk to my beloved Akihabara - everytime with different path, passing by old houses, which is about 15 minutes walk.

The location is great. It is near Asakusabashi Station and there is a bus stop down the street. Family Mart, 7-11 and a grocery store are close if you need food. The room was big enough to leave a carry-on and a 28-in suitcase open on the floor. I loved that there was a fridge, but I forgot to turn it on and didn't realize this by day 3. The bathroom is small and the tub/shower combo is okay for what you need. The window faces the building next door so there was no need to open it. The AC worked tremendously because it was HUMID in Tokyo for late Sept/early Oct. The cleaning staff will leave a bag full of items like a towel, yukata, cups, coffee, etc. on the door every other day when it's not time to clean the room. Overall, the hotel was great for the price and convenient for its location.

I had good memories from my trip in March last year.Booked for 4 nights during this trip to JapanIt is located close to Asakusabashi Station. It is convenient to travel to Akihabara and Shinjuku by subway from Asakusabashi Station on the JR Sobu Line. It’s easy to get to Yokohama via the Toei Asakusa Line.It was nice to have a Family Mart and a 100 yen shop right next door.I had a comfortable stay as a solo traveler.Last March, I went to Asakusa, Sensoji and Akihabara on foot. This time, because the weather was hot, I went to Akihabara by just one subway stop. It's easy to walk if the weather is cool.

Good location and the staff at check-in were kind but the room was not clean. The carpet was very dirty, as others have mentioned. The duvet was yellow and the duvet cover was open on one side so the dirty duvet kept coming out of the cover while sleeping. The actual bed itself was also very dirty and had someone's earwax on it. Very disappointed with the level of cleanliness and hygiene.

Price-quality was very good like all those in the chain. Small rooms, although this one was better laid out. Small bathroom too but with all the amenities you need (shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, ponytail...). They have air conditioning, a hair dryer and a refrigerator that you can connect or disconnect if you are not going to use it so you don't hear it, a water heater, coffee, tea, water bottles and television. Every day they leave a bag at your door with clean towels, yukata and coffee/tea.

I stayed in two APA hotels, the rooms were very small, this hotel looks especially dirty with the carpet being old and black, the restaurant is very bad, the staff doesn't speak English, and they tried to help I will never stay at an APA hotel again.

The transportation here is convenient, but you can see a closer hotel on the way, and the service is very good. Even if I don't speak Japanese well, it will be no problem. The only thing is that the carpet is not clean and I have to wear slippers.
