Rooms are spacious but definitely not new. Location is not very central but near to station. Toilet is really small and sometimes can smell something stinky.Surrounding has lots of eateries and convenience stores. It’s definitely on the affordable side and everything is DIY with simple breakfast and a sauna for men only.

I used it for work. Close to the station,Free breakfast? There was also tea and other things that helped me in the morning. I'm glad I can work because I can use Wi-Fi, and there's a convenience store nearby so it's convenient.

Tokio’s Hotel has a lot to recommend it. And one thing going against it.In its favour is its location just 5 minutes from train and metro lines (and buses and trams). Second thing is its sauna which is just the ticket for a relaxing break after a hard day’s sightseeing (although cameras in the locker and relaxation rooms is very creepy). Third thing in its favour is the breakfast. It is very, very simple, but so good. And lastly, but by no means least, is Shin. Shin is the very embodiment of hospitality and assisted us many times including when an elderly woman fell over outside the hotel. Shin is a legend. The thing going against Tokio’s Hotel is the no cleaning of the rooms during your stay. I get this for short stays. But we were there 9 nights. I wouldn’t go a week in my own home without cleaning - there is no way I want to go without it in a hotel that I am paying good money for. Fix it.

It's placed near a train station that also connects with the Yamanote Line.Allows for late check out (1pm).The staff was helpful when our flight got cancelled and rebooked to a different date.

The front desk was unmanned, and keys were issued by digital keys (numbers) that were entered into a machine installed on the door of the room.It was a first for me, but I personally found it interesting and thought it was a great sales effort. I was lucky because it was a good value day.

Relative to price, got the job done, just a simple room with a comfortable bed, didn’t have complaints about smell or cleanliness. No staff was simple, and they’re available to call on the iPad. Small as expected.

The room was spacious and easy to use.Breakfast is a service, but the coffee machine was for home use and didn't come out with an error right away, which was a problem.Udon or rice balls... I thought it would be clean and would be appreciated by foreigners if they had a bag of bread to go with their coffee.

The 1 star rating is also ridiculous. This is the worst hotel ever in my life.① Hotel check-in procedure timeIt takes about three hours to remove all your personal information, including your personal information and the personal information of those accompanying you.②There are cameras in the sauna and guest rooms that are monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It's like the police. It was very unpleasant.③The sauna itself is unmanned, and people who are neither members nor guests are wandering in and out.④The lockers in the sauna are finished. I can't even lock the door or open it. It was too sloppy. It was a complete rip-off. It's the worst. I want my money and time back.⑤There was no explanation of the room, and I was asked to pay a fine for the time I left the room without notice. It's really scary. It was like I was being threatened.⑥The foreigner making the inquiry cannot understand Japanese. All I can say is look at the tablet. It hasn't solved anything.⑦I couldn't get a job. This is the first time in my life that I couldn't concentrate because of a hotel.
