This place has some sad customer service, they cannot check you in 10 minutes before the check in time, busy place with overflowing small trash cans, inconsiderate guests and rude staff.

A "Hotel&Hostel", although there is little of "hotel" to be found. No daily cleaning service, no fresh towels. Bunk beds and pillows pushed together on the floor as mattresses. The location is great, the staff was super nice and friendly and the rooms were clean too, but you shouldn't advertise as "hotel" if there isn't a hotel in it. It's simply not enough for that.

Excellent stay in 2019I’m too scared to live in 2024. My whole hand is covered with traces of bed bugs. When I woke up, the bed was full of black bugs🐛

Previously stayed in a twin room. This time I went to the shared room alone. There was a long wait even though I had checked in in advance. Please provide your advance check-in numberSuddenly, I was charged 4,950 yen for my accommodation. Even though they say they have already paid in advance,Payment is made at the facility. and. Mr. Lee.No, I said I had already paid."Paying at the facility means paying here and now."A trivial reply.I asked him to call someone higher up, but he said he wasn't there.LeeDid you book through Agoda? →It's different thoughWhy did you make a reservation? → Is that why you can't see it?The advance number is →I showed it to you earlier, but this is it.Ah, there are two people with the same last name.It doesn't matter to me, and please check the last name as well.Have you ever stayed there?there is.I will start explaining endlessly,I said earlier that I had stayed there, right? That's all I heard. It's unpleasant, and if you make a mistake, please apologize. The lamp cover in the guest room fell off by itself. Your head is directly below it, so you could get hurt. Please be careful

This accommodation is very conveniently located near Ueno Station. Is it possible to stay comfortably in a private room?
