I don't even know where to start, it was the worst place I have ever slept, I have never seen a hotel so dirty in my life, it literally seemed like it had not been cleaned for months, stains on the sofa bed, towels with stains, the entrance full of dust and dirt, “hair” everywhere… it seems that what they do here is make the beds and “prepare” it for the next guest… after all, the man at the entrance didn't even apologize, he acted like if nothing had happened. If you are going to come to Tokyo I recommend that you do not stay here under any circumstances.

The worst hotel I have ever been to in my life and look, I have even slept in the desert.I had planned to stay more days but I couldn't last even one night. There was dirt everywhere, it was obvious that they only cleaned on top, the dirt that was there was not typical of a couple of days of having cleaned poorly, but accumulated over months.Strange stains on the sofa bed and its cushions.Stained towels.Hair and dust everywhere.Stains on the carpet. The treatment of the staff is deplorable, we have not received a single sorry. The man who is always in the kitchen has acted completely crazy when it was obvious that he knew what had happened.I don't give it a 0 because you can't. I attach photos so you can see it with your own eyes:

I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, but it's very nice.Good point concisely1. About a 10-minute walk from Asakusa Station (Ginza Line).2. Door lock, not card key3. Unlimited refills of bottled water and towels (self-service)4. There is a shared kitchen on the first floor. You can eat it by simply cooking it or by cutting up fruit you bought at the supermarket. It was my first experience with a hotel like this. Looks like it was a remodeled one-room building??There is a pad on the first floor, and if you proceed with the QR code information you reserved in advance, you will be told to call the pad. You can check in through Yeongtong and go to your room.Staff is stationed in the common kitchen on the first floor except at night. Are the towels on the table checked in? Just take it out from under the die. There is water and tea in the refrigerator in the common kitchen, so you can take it out.The area around the accommodation is a residential area, so you can relax quietly and comfortably.

Generally good but we had a room with a carpeted floor that smelled very bad.

The hotel is within walking distance to Asakusa Temple. The rooms are a good size and clean. However, there is a bit of pulling and whistling through the sliding door because it is not tight. The house has a washer-dryer that can be used and a shared kitchen including a stove and rice cooker. This is very practical. The public area was cleaned daily.I can highly recommend the accommodation.

Nice, simple and easy spot in Asakusa. Great central location to be just outside of the main area but only a 10 minute walk to get to the train station and visit other areas across Tokyo. There's plenty of local restaurants around as well. So you can easily dip out to a local ramen bar for a bite after a long day of traveling without any planning. Would happily stay here again if visiting Tokyo.
